I got two trees removed. The aspen team was very good from the start. They are very prompt with getting back to you with answers and invoicing. The team did a great job with removing the trees and stumping. Highly recommend them!

If I could give ten stars I would. I had a property line cut of a huge tree and some smaller ones which was actually a big job. The crew did an impeccable job and their cleanup was just as good as their work on the trees. I could not be happier with every aspect of the job from initial contact to completion. Very reasonable price also. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Jason of Aspen inspected the 10 trees on my property in December, 2021. One had to be removed, three needed some dead wood removed and pruning, and some saplings close to the house needed to be trimmed back. After receiving bids from two other tree companies I engaged Aspen who came on February 19 and completed the work. My town required a permit for the tree that needed to be removed and Aspen filed the application and obtained the permit on my behalf. It was a large Oak situated at the end of my driveway in a fairly narrow open space between my house and my neighbor's. It also hung partly over my roof so it was quite difficult to remove.

I dealt mostly with Jason and Marion in the office who were both very professional. Before February 19 Casey also came to make sure they had enough room to maneuver their equipment from the street into my driveway. He also surveyed the street and advised me to let my immediate neighbors know so the street was kept clear of cars. The day before Jason also put up no parking signs on my block. Jason, Casey and the rest of the Aspen crew who came to do the work on February 19 were very professional and did a good job cleaning up.

I've lived here for almost 32 years and during that time I've had to have some trees removed and dead wood removed from others. During that time I've engaged at least three other tree companies. Aspen has been the best and I would use them again.

Aspen cut down 4 trees and ground the stumps. They were efficient, well priced, responsive AND clean-up everything. They even put my garden bed border back in place and reset everything I had moved from them. They are wonderful!

Aspen removed some trees from our front yard. They did a great job, fast, efficient, and left without any trace of a mess. All for very reasonable pricing. Also friendly and easy to deal with. We have a railroad that goes past the back of our house. Lots of dead trees in danger of falling on our property. After over a year of asking them to take care of it, I finally gave them Aspen's contact info. Aspen came out, surveyed the area and gave the railroad a quote, which the railroad finally approved. They cut down over a dozen dead trees in a matter of hours and removed all the trunks and debris. A great company. Highly recommended.

I needed an emergency tree removal on a Saturday night and I had the good luck to find Aspen Tree Services. Every part of the process was above average, from the two people who answered the main number, to Corey who called me to arrange the service, to the crew who were very professional. I appreciated that they were able to get here quickly, complete the job without any damage to property and do a perfect clean-up.

Last year they cut down a huge oak tree in my backyard, great job, cleaned everything up when they were done. And also diagnosed and treated another tree in my yard which had some disease. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again if I have any more trees to take down or trim. Thank you again :)

The minute I spoke to Marion on the phone I knew I called the right tree service! Marion is pleasant and understanding. She and Casey are true professionals. Casey came out to the house swiftly to assess a fallen tree on my garage. An emergency removal was conducted with the utmost care. The site was left so clean that it was if nothing ever happened!
