I would not recommend hiring this contractor. My new air conditioning units were installed by them, and it's been a nightmare from start to finish. The installation failed an electrical inspection, and they didn't know how to properly install the outside outlets. They planned to install the units closer together than the specifications allow, which I had to constantly supervise.

The job was left unfinished as Sam took personal calls, leaving his employees in the dark. He didn't seal the holes he drilled into my walls, and the unit still doesn't work. The poor workmanship led to a faulty handler motor that burned out, but he never returned to fix the issues. He even spilled Freon in the attic, causing more problems.

When I asked him to level the units, he told me to get bricks instead of doing it himself. When I pointed out his mistakes, including damaging my walkway stones and taking them from my walkway, he just shrugged it off. I had to provide a broom for him because he claimed he didn't have one.

What's even more alarming is that he took breaks to make personal calls, constantly on the phone, while working on my job. It appears he has another business venture in mind – reselling parts overseas. His lack of professionalism and disregard for his customers' needs are staggering. The contracts he uses don't meet consumer fraud standards, which speaks volumes about his ethics.

My experience with this contractor was a disaster from start to finish, and I would strongly advise against hiring him. He's not qualified to work in the HVAC industry, and his business practices are suspect at best.
