I cannot say enough good things about these guys. My most recent interaction was in the middle of a hellish situation for me. The main line had backed up and after attempting to jet it, it seemed to be damaged out by the side walk where the water company had just worked. They had the tools, know how, and professionalism to not only locate the likely break but to mark it out and offer me some guidance as to who to contact and where to even go from there. Rather than trying to sell me extra services that would have probably caused more damage, they knew to stop and walk away from the damaged drain. Joe was a great tech and was courteous and helpful throughout the entire process.

We had a tremendous mess at our home from bad (multiple) plumbing issues, desperately needing professional help for the actual flooding we were experiencing. Fourth of July. Clogged drain with sinks backing up in the basement. Called Able Tex. Robert called me back. He was at the house within 30 - 40 min as he said he would be. He was very pleasant, thorough, and took care of the problem in no time.
Also, the cost was very reasonable and fair, especially for a holiday emergency.

They came quickly for a bad clog situation in my basement toilet, Alex did great thorough work including checking the outgoing sewer line and removing and reinstalling the toilet, for a very reasonable price.

Called Able-Tex and they had a technician hear at 8:00 at night within a half hour. Tony the technician came assessed the situation and snaked the drain 64 feet and cleared the clog. Keep in the mind it was the bathroom toilet which was clogged and had overflowed so the conditions weren’t the best to work in but Tony did an excellent job and also cleaned up the mess. I would highly recommend Able-Tex for your drain and sewer issues.

Robert came over to help diagnose a clogged drain outside. Not only was he patient, and very experienced, he took the time I needed to explain what was going on and how I could help prevent it. He fixed the problem and triple checked to make sure everything was in working order. I’ve had nothing but great experiences using able Tex and I would recommend Robert to anyone.

2nd time I have used Able Tex. 1st time was my bathroom sink drain in January which still is draining great. Incredibly happy with service both times. James did a fantastic job at clearing my tub drain that was at a complete stop. Called on a Sunday, which comes at a premium of course but they showed when they said they would and left everything working great. Definitely recommend them and will use again whenever I need. A++++ service in person and by phone when I called.

Mike was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! They got here over a holiday weekend within 35 minutes - diagnosed, fixed the problem and didn’t leave any mess at all. Easy, efficient, didn’t charge a crazy price. Would highly recommend and will save their information for any of my clients who purchase homes with me. Very rare to have a business or professional in this friend not try to scare or up charge you. They must have great karma! 👌🏽

Cannot recommend this company enough. They’ve helped clear two clogs in my house. They are so fast and efficient not to mention affordable. Same day appointments available. 10000/10 will always use them for my plumbing needs.

I would just like to say what a great job Able Tex did for us. I spoke with Fern who scheduled us as the next appointment. Rob was prompt, kind and explained all that he was doing to fix the clogged pipe. He quickly got everything working again! We would highly recommend them!

I have nothing but praise for Able Tex and one of their pros - Robert. I had a serious matter, and I was able to schedule them to arrive next day with no problem. The gentleman on the phone (James?) was so pleasant I almost forgot why I was even calling for. The day of the appointment came and I had the pleasure to meet Robert. I really have to say what a team. My sewer was blocked I called my normal plumber my normal plumber told me he couldn't do the job didn't have that equipment recommend AbleTex from the time I called spoke with person it was a very pleasant experience. Rob and assistant will listen and explain what needed to be done. Let the two of them work and they were very respectful to the property and inside of the house. I would and will recommend them to anyone that needs sewer plumbing needs.
