Endurance Air Duct Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning my air ducts in Closter. The technician, Jaden, was very polite and treated my home with great care. He patiently answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything about the process. At first, I thought a vent had been missed, but Jaden kindly returned and explained that it was actually a breather for the water heater, not a vent. It was clear that customer satisfaction is very important to them. I am very pleased with how clean my air ducts are now and would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to improve their indoor air quality.

It’s hard to find trustworthy air duct cleaning services these days, since many just try to sell you things you don’t need. My experience with Endurance Air Duct Cleaning was different. From my first phone call to the inspection at my home in Closter, they were honest and straightforward. Jaden was very professional, answered all my questions quickly, and didn’t try to push any unnecessary work. After checking my air ducts, he explained that everything looked good and any extra cleaning wasn’t really needed right now. I really appreciate that kind of honesty and how they put customers first. This is definitely a service I will use again if needed, and I would recommend it to my family and friends. If you want air duct cleaning done the right way, I highly recommend this company.

We are extremely satisfied with the air duct cleaning service we received. The team was thorough, professional, and arrived right on time. Having NADCS certification really set them apart from other companies in Closter, where it can be hard to find trustworthy air duct cleaning services. It’s important to choose a company with the right credentials, and this team made the whole process easy and stress-free. If you need your air ducts cleaned, I definitely recommend giving them a call.

I understand how reviews can effect a small business; however, when a small business does not live up to the standard of what it seems like from other reviews it's a bit disheartening.

For a duct cleaning service, they are not clean ... they did not cover floors or furniture when opening, closing, and cleaning the ducts. I was left with dust on the floor and furniture.

They cut across the sheet rock and lacked proper cleaning tools and equipment.

They tried to charge me (an additional $120) for ducts that were not cleaned and asked them to just stop because they were creating a bigger mess than before they came in.

Please use this review to improve your business by not using 3rd party customer service call centers, non-english speaking sub-contractors from another NJ county.

I recently scheduled an air duct and dryer vent cleaning service and couldn't be happier with the results. We had hired another company before, but they didn't check if the air was actually able to flow freely from our dryer all the way to the outside. This time, Bennett from the team found a metal damper that wasn't opening properly, which was stopping the airflow and making our dryer overheat. Bennett really knew what he was doing and explained everything clearly. The whole process was smooth, and now our dryer works much better. I highly recommend their air duct and dryer vent cleaning services!

The technician, Colby, was excellent. He gave me a call to let me know he had an earlier appointment available, which was really convenient for me. Colby completed a detailed air duct and dryer vent cleaning. He started by checking the airflow on the roof before beginning the work, making sure he knew what needed attention. Colby then carefully removed lint buildup from the dryer vent at the roofline and continued to clean the vent from the dryer itself all the way to the connection at the roof. He also took the time to remove and clean the inside of the dryer’s lint trap area. Once the cleaning was finished, Colby did another airflow test and made sure there were no more blockages, resulting in a fully cleaned and efficient dryer vent system. I was very happy with the professionalism and thoroughness of the service. Highly recommended for anyone in need of air duct or dryer vent cleaning in NJ.
