I have been using jersey maids cleaning service for a year+. Veronica and Lady show up at my home (Always at the estimated time) every other week with big smiles on their faces ready to work! They greet me and my dogs super friendly, my dogs also absolutely love when they come because of the attention they get! The girls (Veronica and Lady) are very hard working, honest and trustworthy. Very sweet and reliable individuals. My home looks and smells clean after they’ve come. It’s such peace of mind to know Veronica and Lady are going to do a fantastic job and leave less for me to have to be worried about.

Team #8 did an excellent job cleaning my home. They were thorough, professional, and attentive to detail. My stove was spotless, and each room was cleaned with care. I also appreciated that as they finished each room, they checked in with me to make sure everything met my expectations. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction truly stood out. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I would happily recommend them.

Extremely disappointed. Paid for a deep cleaning/post construction and wall cleaning. The bathroom vanity lights, kitchen shelves, oven, lazy susan, appliances, top of fridge, stove knobs, and behind the knobs were either not touched or not cleaned well. With the holidays, it took a few days to reach out and let Pamela know of our disappointment. I was immediately met with wild accusations and claims that I should have done more to resolve this. I was also accused of LITERALLY monitoring the girls when I called to clarify what the wall cleaning entailed because they were only wiping it down with a paper towel. I explained to Pamela that I was home for a portion of the time and did not oversee every detail because I trusted the cleaning would be done professionally. She continued to berate and accuse me and said that if I had reached out the same day/day after I'd receive a full refund but after many accusations and telling her I no longer wished to participate in the toxic back and forth she finally provided a partial refund. The cleaning ladies were extremely nice and I initially gave the benefit of the doubt they either had an off day or the services were not communicated well but with Pamela being extremely unprofessional and rude, I would not recommend this business.

Nieves Mondragon did an amazing deep cleaning at my home . She made sure I was happy before they left. Super friendly and really loved how she really took her time to make sure it was all to perfection !

These ladies worked so hard and were so professional and diligent. We really appreciated their attention to detail and patience with us as we moved things around. Would definitely recommend for a move out cleaning with short notice.
