Bartlett has been taking care of my property for many years. I am very pleased with their service and recommendations as to what I need. Each year I receive a service plan which I can choose what to do and what not to do. They have saved a crab apple tree that has had a disease since I bought the house in 1980. Over the past several years they have brought it back to its full glory.

We have used Bartlett multiple times in the last few years and have always been extremely happy with their service. Both Doug and Rob are professional, knowledgeable and thorough when providing estimates. They always take the time to answer our questions and address any concerns.

We had multiple crews come to our property to prune several trees and remove one. They were courteous, professional, considerate of our property, and most importantly they were extremely safe.

We had a large Norway Maple removed last week. Bartlett made the entire process very easy; they explained everything that was needed, including to our next door neighbors. The work itself was done very well, in a safe and efficient manner.

Michael at Bartlett Tree Experts has been looking after the health of our large and small trees for years. He is knowledgeable, professional and kind. On Monday, a very old, beautiful 28" diameter tree came crashing down on our home. Two large limbs came through the roof into the kitchen where I was standing mere feet away. The rest of the tree was resting on the roof and surrounding the house. My first call was to my husband, the second was to Michael at Bartlett. Michael was at my house within 15 MINUTES! He assessed the situation, determined that it was not due to rot or pests, but roots had been damaged when we had done some construction and the town had required a trench some 15 years before. So the whole tree came out of the ground. Michael told me he would have a crane and a crew at my house by 2:00 (it was now 10:00). Well, everybody was here at least 2 hours earlier than he estimated! They went right to work, got the tree off the house, out of the kitchen without damaging anything else (which was a miracle), cleaned up all the debris outside so nary a stray stick was left on the lawn! DONE by or before 5:00. AND they tarped my roof! I was astounded how quickly they had this giant mess cleaned up.

They trim trees, fertilize, diagnose, take down dead trees, every sort of care to trees. But! They also were at the ready when I needed them most. These pictures say it all.

Very happy with the service provided by Bartlett. Kevin arrived as promised true to the appt time and walked the property with me to review my areas of concern and make suggestions. The work included pruning, removing some trees with stump grinding, and soil care. The crew was 3 or 4 guys and they did a great job. I should have thought ahead of time to move my flowerpots from their work area but they were kind enough to clear the area themselves and they put everything back on their own initiative. I thought that went above and beyond. The soil care was a separate team that came on a different day. There was a slight delay on a dead tree that needed to be removed hanging over my shed (needed a different truck to reach that area, which was discussed ahead of time), but Kevin made sure the tree was removed before we had inclement weather that would put my property at risk. All the work was completed within a month following the contract, with the majority done just 2 weeks after signing the contract, which I was pleased with. Would have them back and would recommend the services to others.
