I was having an issue with my furnace belching soot. I called Petro at 3:00pm.
They said a rep would be here between 5:00 & 8:00pm.
He arrived around 7:30 & worked until 9:30. Fixed it & cleaned up!
I am very satisfied. Thank you, Petro. This is why I have been a loyal customer for over 40 years! -

Petro did a great job! They came out right away to give me an estimate. And then got me in the schedule a week later for my air conditioner. Very professional.

Petro cancelled my cleaning for the fourth time and I’m done! With each cancellation they give a new date a few days later and they say that the new appointment will be held guaranteed. The rep gave me her phone # and said I could call if I had any problems. Well she was the one who called to cancel this morning. Im done!!! This kind of service is unacceptable!
