Very professional. Replaced all smoke detectors and discovered an issue with three of them. Had to return a few days later with special equipment and corrected the situation. Would definitely use Quality Electric again.

Quality electric came through when we were having electrical issues with our meter. They quickly upgraded the line to the meter and restored power. They are very knowledgeable.

Had Mike A. over my house to change some fans and lights today! Great guy!!! Best service. Will definitely call again and will tell everyone I know that Quality Electric and Mine A. Are definitely the way to go!!!!

I hate to leave a bad review but I was quite disappointed. Online it says this company is 24/7 and accepts urgent jobs for my area but I don't think it's true. I called twice after midnight because we were concerned about our breaker box having the HVAC switch being way too hot to touch and turn back on. We spoke to 2 different people and our request was considered urgent. They said they would send the message to the electrician. We tried to stay up all night expecting a call or update because we weren't sure if it would be safe to sleep through the night in case there could be a fire. They never responded. There was no call/voicemail/text for an update from the electrician or follow up from whoever received the calls which I think is a pretty big red flag.

Long story short, this is not the place to call if you think you have an emergency especially late at night. As for the people we spoke with, an address wasn't taken down in their notes/message nor did they try to discuss whether this is something for them to fix or for the HVAC company. Guidance on what to do for safety would have been nice from what I expected to be a professional company. All they did was get my number, notes on the situation, and sent the message.

Mike Albanese was both helpful and insightful. The overall team was quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable, and supportive towards our future projects. Huge recommendation to others wanting an expert opinion.

Mike came out this morning (on time) and was very professional. Much to my surprise he did not start tearing fixtures apart. Instead he started at the breakers and worked back to light switches. He figured out it was an outdated dimmer switch that was causing my lights to flutter. He replaced the switch and my problem was solved. I would recommend anyone and everyone to use quality electric, and ask for Mike.

We had a small electric fire back in February and needed an electrician quick in order to have our electric turned back on. I called Quality in a slight panic because it was one of those single digits days and I have an infant and needed heat. Frank was quick to help me out. He pulled a tech off a job to have them to my house within an hour. Matt the technician showed up and was AMAZING. Words truly cannot describe how helpful he was. Our system was so messed up but he worked so hard and got our heat on the same day while keeping us up to date on what he was finding. Today Matt was back to make the final repairs and again we cannot say enough good things about him and his crew. If you are looking for someone you can trust you have you use Quality.

Mike was a wonderful electrician. The most important part is that his cost was very reasonable (under $300,) courteous, does things the right way, and helped me get the right parts I needed for the repairs. I would be happy to work with Quality Electric in the future.

Mike and his assistant were prompt and thorough. They took the time to explain the issues they spotted and potential solutions along with the associated cost. They made sure that all of the smart switches were connected and working properly before they left. I would definitely recommend.

Frank was there to provide quote. He was very professional and honest with service and charges. They are very reasonable. Techs who install the charger were very fast and perfectional. Their work was very neat and clean.

The electrician, Mike, was terrific. He came on time (actually early) and checked all connections to determine the issue. After assuring us the safety of the fixture he diagnosed a transformer problem. We discussed next steps and are proceeding accordingly.

Quality Electric is just that. Quality. Frank gave us his team of conscientious help who worked quick and efficiently in wiring our generator into our home. I would recommend them to everyone who has electrical or generator needs.
