Kris from Olsen's was extremely easy to work with and was able to get my heat working in a very timely fashion at an extremely affordable price. 10/10 Would recommend to anyone looking to get work done on their heating or cooling.

Had central AC installed by them about three years ago. It no longer works. Trying to contact them just refers me to Gold Medal. These guys don't seem to exist anymore.

Great/fast service. Saved me $1800. Not only the service fee was reasonable the part was under warranty. UPDATE - Olson's Air is no longer in business. Calls are redirect to Gold Medal which are very expensive. Call someone else.

Kris provided various options/packages for our new HVAC. His prices were the best out of 4 other companies we looked at. His guys did a great job, were very professional and cleaned up afterwards.

I've had a few jobs done by Chris and his crew. They are very professional, on time and efficient. Every time the workspace is as clean as when they got there. They explain everything they are doing and why and they explain the costs associated with the work. Barkley is particularly efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Olson's AC/Heating is an amazing company on many levels: They fix the problem right the first time and have very qualified people that are able to troubleshoot a variety of problems. The owner will always make sure you are a satisfied customer and he can often be seen on the job with his technicians. You might think that you would pay top dollar for this type of service but the truth is that the company is extremely fair when it comes to pricing, they are in it to maintain a good relationship with their customers and to keep them coming back - I am living proof as i have used them for my home and our church for close to 10 years at this time. Had 2 HVAC systems replaced in my 20 year old home. OLSON'S did a great job at a reasonable price! OLSON'S staff was professional and cared about their work. The HVAC systems were perfectly installed in the basement and attic. Removed old and installed new without any damage to my walls or staircase. EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!

If you are looking for quality work at a great price, then use Kris. Kris and his guys do quality work and his prices are very fair. He and his guys were always on time, clean, professional and trustworthy. Kris has done numerous jobs at my house (furnace, vent pipes, gas pipes, duct work) and I have been more than satisfied with all of his work. I can speak from personal experience that he does quality work.

Today I had a great experience with Olson's A/C and Heating service. My A/C stopped working over the weekend, and I was really starting to panic as its already more than 10 years old. I did not expect a service visit this week at all, not to mention within my very limited time window. To add to the problem, my unit is on the roof, and most HVAC companies rather not even deal with it. Kris set up an appointment for me within my time frame so I did not have to alter my work schedule - very big deal for me. The technician (Barclay) was polite, informative, knowledgeable, HONEST and was able to fix my problem in under an hour. I was FULLY bracing myself to be told that I needed a new system. Finding any service company, regardless of industry, that will be honest with you (even if its not what you want to hear) is absolutely golden. I will refer anyone with an HVAC problem to Olson's A/C.

Work done 11/2015. Had a new furnace and central air unit installed. Their work was excellent. They were prompt, efficient and the price was great. They answered every question we had and told us pertinent information about the new system. After the work was finished, the old thermostat (which we chose to keep) proved to be a problem, they came and replaced it free of charge. Shows they have integrity and pride in their work -- they wanted the system to work perfectly--as much for their own satisfaction as ours.
Very personable and professional. They even followed up the following spring (yes, they called us!) to make sure the new ac unit was properly filled and ready to go for summer use (we had the replacement done in winter so no real testing of the ac unit was done at installation time) -- but they made sure before we truly needed it. Heat and air worked perfectly and has since. Plus I love supporting local talent.

Kris Olson of Olson’s Air Conditioning and Heating has never let me down. I have worked with Kris and the crew on three different properties, two of which had no existing central air conditioning. All work was done very clean and methodically, regarding where to run duct work in the most practical and efficient way, the location of furnaces, condenser etc. Olson’s Air Conditioning and Heating is the only contractor I will use or recommend to anyone for any HVAC replacement, repair or addition in NJ!

I have been using Olson's Air Conditioning & Heating for at least 10 years now. They have installed a couple of HVAC systems in some investment properties that I own. They were a pleasure to work with on all of these projects. From planning the system out with Kris to the installation by his crew of installers, everything was neat and professional. This past summer my aging system in my house was on its last legs. A quick call to Olson's Air Conditioning & Heating and Kris was out to survey the problem. He had is guys fix me up right away and then gave me a proposal to come back and replace and upgrade my HVAC system at a later date. The price he gave me was very reasonable and the equipment he used was efficient enough to earn me a rebate from my utility company. Olson's Air Conditioning & Heating even helped with the rebate application. If you are looking to replace, convert or install a new system, I highly recommend them!
