The electricians who came to work on my dining room lights were prompt, experienced, and explained my options to me carefully. They completed the work, and now my lighting is much improved. But they were more than professional: they were also friendly and kind. I will not hesitate to hire Fralley electric again.

Don't you feel guilty for taking advantage of an old woman? $252 to replace a dining room dimmer switch? I think you should refund $125. Besides, since when does the dimmer switch cost $41 ??? Shame on you!
Okay, so a day or two later, you issued a $50 refund to her...

Fralley Electric came to work on my attic fan and installed a thermostat so that it would kick on at a certain temperature. Within a week after the installation, the pull wheel cracked and split and the unit was inoperable (it was a very old unit). Russ, the technician, came and identified the problem, found a new part online and came back and installed it. That is good customer service. Thank you, Fralley Electric!

contacted RoyalTech Group to upgrade my homes service and install a 60 amp Tesla power station for me, now I've used other electrical companies in the past but these guys were highly knowledgeable and experienced with great rates. Already have recommended them to friends and family and will use them again if need be
