Alex and his crew restored my partial power loss by replacing faulty meter and also installed generator inlet. Work was done very effectively and timely. Cost was pretty reasonable as well. Will hire Royaltech again.

3. Challenges to the job:

-I live in a high rise building that requires management approval & permit. Alex helped me with this process and was pretty seamless

-Structural Challenges of the Job:
*My ceiling is all concrete (no drilling into the ceiling to make holes for light boxes or junction boxes, this was my choice because I didn't want to put a sheetrock ceiling to lower the height of the ceiling. So I chose to have some wires exposed. But Alex & his team made it super clean!!!!!)

*no existing hardwiring connections for all the lights they put in except for 4 recessed lights. This means they made placements and fished the wiring throughout the entire apartment.

*Unusual choices of lighting fixture: I am very design driven so some of the lighting fixtures I have are not commonly seen. But Alex's team figured it out pretty quick and did a perfect installation (also, Louis Poulsen PH5 attachment came in bent and Alex's guys fixed it, it's a $1000 pendant)

4. Highlight of the Outcome of the Project:

-Aesthetically Pleasing: lights are put in a very organized way

-Precision: The guys placed them considering the daily activities of each space. Some of the existing fixture connections were not in the center of the hallway. They moved it so all the recessed lights align perfectly. Also, they measure in detail of the space to make sure the lights look like they are supposed to be there

-Communication: Olek (alex's electrician) was extremely good at communication. Once he marks where the light is going to be, he called me to approve the location of the light. Then he installs it to show me the finished work.

Alex is also very detailed oriented. He wrote detailed notes when he first came for an estimate which he passed onto his technicians. You don't see many people doing this so i don't have to repeat myself 10 times. Also, he is very good with text, phone, and email communication

-Problem solving: with an old high rise there are a lot of technical and structural challenges. Nothing was a problem for them.

It was a pleasure working with Alex and his team, they are so courteous with a sense of humor. I enjoyed having them over!

I called Royal Electric to replace a few outlets with GFCI and have my sump pumps directly wired to my panel. Damon showed up on time and did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable and professional. He cleaned up the work site and I couldn't be happier with the result.

We installed a pretty expensive and pretty complex chandelier. The project took much longer than expected because of the complexity. However the two guys who came to work on the project were super nice and courteous. They patiently worked through the project and took care of each and every detail. Excellent experience start to finish. Very easy to communicate and work with. Work done was top class. I had a 240V receptacle installed in my garage for an EV charger. Everything was done to spec and with the absolute minimum damage. I can’t imagine how the project could have been completed in any better way. Highly highly recommend. Even when the town inspector, incorrectly citing regulations, failed some of the wiring, the technician returned and resolved the issue to the inspector’s satisfaction.
