I have used a variety of services … gutter cleaning, softwash house, pressure wash patio and exterior furniture/umbrellas, roof cleaning, and gutter brightening.

Paul is outstanding … responsive, focused on quality and safety, competent and friendly, and reasonable. He is focused on the customer and is a pleasure to work with.

After reviewing couple companies to handle my roofing needs I quickly settled with TruClean Wash due to their many positive reviews. I was not disappointed and they have really earned that stellar reputation a thousands time over. From the very first communication Paul was the consummate professional, detailing every aspect of the work to be provided, and the cost factor involved. Worth every penny in this regard.
Paul and his crew were prompt, knowledgeable and professional and quickly completed the job. Paul even provided an additional service to an area of the house that I had not taken into account. He and his crew took the time, patience and care to safeguard all areas whilst working.
I will wholeheartedly recommend Paul and TruClean for any of property needs. In my humble estimation TruClean may just be the industry standard.

Truclean did an amazing job. They went above and beyond the service. I had a branch take down an ice wire anchor, and they reattached it for me. At the end, I noticed a small branch on the roof, one of the guys put the ladder back up and removed it. The house looks amazing, like it has brand-new exterior! Would recommend 100%. Great service, can’t beat these guys! No upsell just advice for the future.

Fast quotation. Fair Price. Easy to schedule. Transparent and quick to communicate when the schedule had to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Like that they text me as emails and calls were not always convenient.

The crew was trustworthy, clean and safe onsite. They invested more hours than they charged me for. The result? Excellence. I am a licensed Architect in NJ and NY, and a repeat client/customer of TruCLEAN Wash. This mid-Sept. day, Paul Russo and his TruClean crew came to our house and, as per his detailed itemized cost quote, performed their work. This started with cleaning all roof gutters and ensuring that all leaders and downspouts were not clogged by thoroughly flushing them. They then applied their chemical agent via spray method to kill any and all mold, mildew, algae and moss that was present on the cedar shingles. After a short period of time they used a wide spray power washing to rinse and flush all of the dead remains of that organic growth, as well as any tree sap from the roof. They also performed spot cleaning of selected areas of our stucco facades, masonry chimney and flagstone terrace where stubborn dirt had collected on the surface. They completed their work to my complete satisfaction in one day and cleaned up after themselves. All in all, once again, I can and do highly recommend TruCLEAN Wash for this type of roof cleaning, for cedar shingles, as well as slate and/or terra cotta roof tiles that become stained from mildew, mold, moss, sap and other tree droppings, as well as general air pollution. One can quickly tell that Paul and his team take pride in producing high quality workmanship to achieve the desired final results. The entire TruCLEAN Washteam was eager to accommodate, if not exceed, the expectations of a very demanding client.

Had a complete exterior wash, roof, windows, walkways, patio. Everything came out like brand new. The guys were very professional and very efficient, the prices are very reasonable as well. Will absolutely be using them again and would recommend to anyone!!!!

I saw the great reviews and chose this company for a roof + siding cleaning. However, the work was questionable, and I wasn't very satisfied.

1) They came on a day and time that was NOT agreed on. In fact, I told them a window with specified dates I would be available. Fortunately, a family member was home at the time they came. No notice, no warning; they didn’t even ring the door bell - straight to the water. No time to get the place ready for their cleaning. No time to move anything or protect anything.

2) No cover for the plants/flowers (planted in-ground). The chemicals were just sprayed and then dripped all over them, hence damage to the flowers and the vegetable plants are now inedible. All the hard work, and money spent on caring for those plants basically went down the drain.

3) Front entry way was "cleaned" as part of their service, but there's big crack left on the stair, which I am in the process of repairing myself now. Also, they didn't bother moving or telling us to move a small carpet. They just washed over it, leaving it completely soaked and drenched in chemicals, and the spot under the carpet unwashed.

4) The payment was paid upfront, and was given no receipt on the spot, which for a company is unusual. It took a few days of going and forth to finally obtain a copy.

Honestly the job done was bad. After mentioning to Paul (the owner) They did mention that after some rain, and the stains do not disappear, they will come back for a follow-up service to do a final rinse off. But, that never happened as never followed up to call back as he made excuses about being out of the country.

The cleaning was also quick- too quick...I was told it would take around 2+ hours or so. Even if you search the internet, the average time is 2-6 hours for standard residential (depending on the house size and on-site staff). However, they finished in about 1 hour, possibly a little less. You can just tell it was rushed through by looking at the results.

My experience was the complete opposite of all their other "perfect reviews" here. I would not recommend this company; Paul looks to act like a standup guy, but has broken his promises of throughout this process. Please do some research and get multiple estimates before deciding. Roof cleanings are not cheap so you want to make sure you get satisfactory work and honest help.

Tru-Clean power washed my house and deck and shampooed my roof. They did an outstanding job. My house and deck look brand new. Paul Russo was extremely easy to deal with. He communicates well. I requested an estimate online and I received it within several hours. The price was excellent compared to other quotes that I had received. The contract was very clear and well detailed. The day of the job Paul showed up within the slotted time frame with three employees. They had great teamwork and my job was finished within less than 2 1/2 hours. They were very respectful of my property.
