Never a great experience to need bug removal, but the technician was very professional and effective, and the price is reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

Dial is keeping my home and garage insect and pest free. I love their service and attention to detail, and the regular guys who come to the house are professional and very friendly.

I'd had a yellow jacket nest under the siding of my house for a coupleof months that was unfazed by the sprays I had under my kitchen sink. I called Dial and they came out the same day while I was at work. There was a noticeable improvement by the time I got home and by the end of day 3 the problem was solved.

Very efficient,, thorough, timely. The technicians are always polite, friendly, knowledgeable, clean and informative. I have been using them for years and am very pleased.

I wouldn't give it any stars if I could. I am a new homeowner in Montclair and come from the NYC.. having experience buying properties in multiple states, and dealing with multiple service companies, this was by far the most unprofessional company I've come across. They send out mailings regarding service extensions that were used by the previous owners and when the new homeowner declines their service they will simply come and take things that were paid for and installed by the previous owner off of the property without any notification of doing so. When asked if the devices that are removed belonged to Dial Pest control, they are quick to respond that I couldn't use them anyway because they have the magic key to open theses devices and no one else can. BS! I refuse to pay someone to load termite traps as this is the easiest thing to do and requires no expert. The traps where set and paid for by the previous homeowner it was and always will be part of the home. If someone declines service and your company is bitter about not getting the business move on and get new customers. I would not recommend this service company to anyone and will make sure that I spread the word about this awful experience that we encountered. unless you have a serious rodent problem these companies are a waste and only want to put people on a regular plan to suck them dry. Plenty of topics online that will explain and demonstrate tactics for a do it yourself and save Hundreds of dollars doing so.

Sean is the best!!! He knows his stuff and is very personable. He’s fair in price. Free estimates help customers understand what’s going on with their property. He’s the best!!!!!!

Was provided a quote same day even though I contacted them after business hours. Tech was on time and addressed all of my questions. They followed through on what was promised.

Dial removed an active bald-faced hornet nest less than 24 hours after I contacted them. I appreciated their professional, on time, quick service.

I had a bee issue. Michelle answered the phone right away. Sent someone as soon as possible. The person who came texted me since i was at work and we were able to go over all of the areas of concern. Last spring we had thousands of termites in our kitchen cabinets. Thought they would never be extinguished. Within days they were dying off. Eventually they were all dead. Thanks to Dial, we are bug free. Would recommend them to anyone

We initially called Dial to handle a wasp’s nest on the light fixture of our front porch, but after 5 days we still saw activity and realized there was a secondary nest under the porch...So we called Dial again and they sent a technician back out free of charge, and we are now “wasp free”. Great customer service. Reliable. They make it there business to solve your bug or pest problems. I have termites and the managers check in with me every few weeks to see how the situation is going. We have a yearly package and it is the best money I’ve ever spent. Bring new homeowners, who new of all the issues that can pop up. It’s nice to be prepared with dial.
