Had a bee hive in our bin. Dial Environmental came same day and provided their services. Very knowledgeable, explained the situation and what they would do. No bees since. Fast and excellent service provided.

I searched online reviews before selecting this company for a problem with carpenter bees. They replied promptly, came out quickly, explained what they were going to do, and we have not seen a single carpenter bee since! All good! No complaints and the price was probably about average. The biggest pro was that they were very responsive and they got results.

Very thorough, polite and explained the findings. Very satisfied with our plan with Dial Pest.

The team at Dial is very responsive and knowledgeable. They have successfully treated our shrubs for white flies for two years now. We are especially pleased that the technicians explain all the details of the products that are applied. It is also great that most of the products are natural (like mineral oil) and don’t cause harm to pets.

Unfortunately very disappointed. We have been customers/members for 5years. We elected to do the yearly contract because they are good with exterior spraying and handling bugs.
However part of the reason we did the contract was so we had someone reliable in case of emergencies.

I called a month ago upon first seeing mice in the house. A tech came out, said it was just one mouse and no problem, set some traps and left. 2 weeks later…multiple mice sightings still in the house. Called them back and they sent techs again. Once again they placed traps and said it “takes time” and to be patient. It’s now a month since we first saw them and we can’t sit in the living room without a mouse crawling past us.

I had to call another place now and use an additional $300-$500 to try to get this under control. After already laying out several hundred to dial for nothing. The new place said if we caught this a month ago there wouldn’t have been an infestation. Well, we did, but Dial couldn’t do their job.

Update: Instead of trying to make things right they went ahead and canceled our contract. Thankfully I’m no longer locked in. But after 5 years of paying them for simple spraying a month of them failing to catch a mouse and it leading to an infestation the answer was for them to just have me move on.

Are you suddenly dealing with the nightmare of a bed bug infestation? Well stop looking -- you've found your people. I was faced with the "perfect storm" of a widespread infestation in a relatives' house with severe clutter. I live out of state, making the situation even worse. Dial Environmental responded quickly and was absolutely the most knowledgeable of all the companies I contacted. I also got a rave review from a friend who lives in NJ and had used them for a different problem. They were reliable and affordable (notably, made sure I wasn't paying for things I didn't need) but also creative and tenacious in ensuring the infestation was eradicated (and let me tell you, it took some doing). I really don't know how I would have made it through those awful months without them. Steve Adams (my main contact, a man of unimpeachable integrity) hooked me up with other needed services (for example, a moving company that would empty the infested contents and take everything to be fumigated) and essentially coordinated everything in my absence. Did you ever wish you could give a company like, 1,000 stars? I would if I could. Seriously, just stop looking and call them. Great people, great service.

Dial was excellent from start to finish. I initially spoke with Steve and he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very responsive and had a third party dog inspector at my house the same day to inspect for bed bugs. We then moved forward with 3 treatments over 3 weeks; Steve and Joe were very helpful, great communication, answered all my questions and were reassuring. Joe was even able to come do another visual inspection after the treatments. We have had no issues since the last treatment. Highly recommend.

She asked me what my needs were and I told her what I wanted to do and what supplies I would need... Siri was very Helpful... Courteous... and Attentive to all my needs... She got me all the supplies I needed and more... Siri even chased me down to tell me she has a hose that is better priced and longer... I was very fortunate to meet Siri..,
And thanks to Siri ... I had a wonderful shopping experience at Home Depot!!!!!

Horrible today in gardening dept!!
Employees were rude and unhelpful!! Didn't show up til 8:15 then didn't want ring up my plants! Claiming didn't have receipt paper meanwhile the other employee found a small roll and said let me just ring her up and let her leave. And said this was going to be a long day!
The other employee claims there wasn't any paper and told me to go inside and pay. I tried to see her name tag but she was hiding tag with her cardigan . Very lazy employees !! I shall not come here again !!

Should hire some humans rather than the zombies walking around without brains. Gone are the days that HD hires someone with experience, common sense and personality replaced by the lowest paid worker possible to increase margins. Well that strategy is costing you business. I will travel by 2 HD to go to a Lowe's, order from Amazon or go to a local guy. See ya bit che$

All of the above. Very thorough, very reasonably priced. Guys cleaned up after the work was done. I even asked if could trim a tree branch that was hanging over the house and they took care of it!!

Gary and his team came highly recommended and now I know why! The team left my place spotless after removing several large trees. Great company, I would recommend hands down.

I would recommend Treescape Services to anyone needing tree work whether it is pruning or removing trees. From person giving estimate, explaining in detail condition of trees and whether to remove or prune them and answering any questions.......to the workers who were professional, courteous and very clean during the 3 day job they did at my house.

Don't buy fire wood from Trees Plus
I was told that the wood would be 16" to 18" split logs and received mostly all smalls from 6" to 13" or longs very few 16' to 18" un stackable

They came out the same day after I called which is a PLUS FOR ME. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they found in my ducts and how they would clean them, without pushing any unnecessary services. Honest, fairly priced and the dryer has been running perfectly ever since. Will definitely recommend Eric's Dryer Vent Care to friends and family!
