They came 3 days ago so it is too soon to give a review. The tech did come on time, was thorough and efficient. We still have a mass of ants but I am hoping it will improve as the days go by.

As a single homeowner, I'm always wary that a contractor will tell me I need an expensive service/repair when a simple fix would be sufficient. Jon from Dial did a free inspection where I thought I might have a bug problem, and told me there was no issue. Just said "nothing to worry about" and "have a nice day." I'm grateful for Dial's honesty, and will be using them for any future concerns. Jon was also on time and pleasant, and took precautions for COVID-19 while in my house.

Dial Environmental has kept my property looking wonderful. Lush full lawn and full landscaping. Our back lawn held extra moisture in parts and the front law was partially under a large oak tree so the needs were different and it always worked well. Our technician Paul always had great info and tips about our property and treatment being done. It was pleasure to work with Dial Environmental for 10 years.

We were given a window for when the technician would come from 12 - 4. The technician arrived almost at 12 on the dot! He clearly explained everything that he needed to do to treat the house and cleaned up nicely after. This is not the first time we've worked with Dial. Each time has been as pleasant of an experience as possible, when dealing with mold or insects. They will always be our first call to deal with these types of problems.

Dial was responsive to our need for someone to get rid of our nest of yellow jackets. Joe was extremely knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and very pleasant to work with. He did not seem rushed; he made sure the nest was cleared out.

Terri Perrone was extremely kind, helpful and quick to respond to my concerns regarding bugs in a new apartment I recently moved into. I sent her a picture of the bug in question and she got back to me asap with the name of the bug and what next steps needed to be taken or not be taken. Very professional. Highly recommend.

It was very easy to sign up for a plan over the phone. Joe was thorough, helpful and friendly during the setup visit. It's also great to know that requests for help in between the quarterly appointments are free. I have great peace of mind knowing that Dial is monitoring and protecting our home from pests -- at a very reasonable cost.

We are a long-time customers of Dial - Joe is usually our service tech - he's pleasant, professional and prompt, and explains what he's doing and why. We get annual service for ant removal which only takes one visit and the problem is solved. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this company.

For a long time, I hesitated to invest in a pest control service, thinking it might be too pricey. We managed minor ant issues with off-the-shelf solutions. However, a recent incident with numerous baby spiders in our bathroom made us realize the need for expert intervention. Dial came highly recommended, so I decided to give them a shot. From the first visit, they were thorough, addressing the spider issue and explaining their comprehensive approach, including bait traps and perimeter sprays. During their visit, they also identified and treated a yellow jacket nest outside our home, which yielded immediate results. What's been particularly impressive is their prompt response to follow-up concerns. When we spotted some house ants, they were on it the very next day, ensuring both immediate and preventive treatments. Just recently, I detected a foul odor in my garage, suspecting a dead mouse.
