I've had two recent leak issues and both times I've relied on the FloodCo team. They've been great at remediating the issue and restoring the water damaged portions of my home.

When things have felt their most out of control and crazy with leaks, they've brought much welcome calm and thoroughness to the situation. Their experience really shows!

These guys are the best... We had a mold issue in the attic and basement of our home and they were very efficient and thorough in taking care of it and adding the proper ventilation. We ended up having them refinish our wood floors as well and couldn't be happier. The owner has also been super helpful to us with other contractor referrals as we fix up our home... Paul, Max, and team are awesome.

My wood floor in my hair salon got flooded and although I dried it, by morning it was starting to buckle and look and feel terrible. I called Paul at Floodco because they maintain my wood floors. Within an hour, the guys were at my shop with a plan to save the floors. They worked around my work schedule and brought these mats that sucked up all the water. They came in Thursday night, Friday night and then again on Saturday until Tuesday. The new technology is amazing. There was no need to sand the floors or anything. The floors feel like new again which is amazing. I thought they may need to be replaced. I am very grateful that this major problem was handled so well and with relative ease. I would highly recommend Floodco. They are efficient, nice, easy to deal with and do beautiful work. If your floors get flooded, do 2 things: act immediately and call Floodco. Trust me, you will be happy you did.

We had a situation where the rain water came in through the backdoor while we were out of country. Luckily, my neighbors found about it and through my real estate agent I was able to get in touch with FloodCo. Paul and his team (Jack, Max plus others) arrived at the spot in literally less than 30 mins and started the remediation work.

Throughout this whole process Paul would keep me apprised of all the activities going on at the house. He would call/text or do whatever it takes to make it easier for me (remember we were out if the country and not at home). FloodCo has an amazing office manager Becky who will go above and beyond to coordinate things for you. She is a life saver.

In short this is how things turned out to be. 1. Water at home 2. Call FloodCo. 3. Paul and team arrives in 30 mins or less 4. They will take out all the water. 5. Identify the issue that caused the water to come in 6. Work with your insurance company and give them details they need to know 7. Move you items to storage 8. Clean them and wrap them while they are in storage. 9. Bring then when needed while your house is being sanitized

All in all they are a top notch company providing white glove service when you have water disasters.

Not that I want to see then again but I trust them 100% with their work and will always recommend them to anyone in such situation.

Great emergency response. Had flood under my subfloor. The insurance adjuster was coming to my house to inspect and a contractor friend referred me to Floodco. I spoke with Paul and he left his meeting and came to my house to be there when the adjuster came. He made my life easy at this pint. His crew cleaned up the mess, dried out the area and identified the origin of the flood. Plus, he left my area clean. No mess. He had to take tiles out to see under the floor and he covered the area. All the work was clean and professional. My house looks barely disturbed. They were awesome. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

I cannot speak highly enough about FloodCo. Since becoming a homeowner three years ago, I have dealt with my fair share of vendors and working with FloodCo was by far and away the most pleasant experience to date. Other companies take note- this is what customer service looks like! It is not easy living in a house when floors are being installed, sanded and stained (especially with small children), but Paul walked us through the whole process, was there for us (via phone, text message, and in person check-ins) throughout, and the results are stunning. Special shout out to Becky who coordinated a difficult two phase project (that I rescheduled a couple of times!) and Max who was on site every day, working with my husband, babysitter, and me to make sure our children had space to be and quiet during naps, and who was meticulous about covering everything in the home to protect my belongings and children from the dust. The team has even come back to buff a few small scratches so that the floors remain looking as good as the day they left. Still, I’m inclined to move now just so I can work with Paul again ;-)

Floodco's professionalism, responsiveness, and service are top notch. Paul, Jack, and their team saved my hardwood flooring after my upstairs neighbor's hot water heater leaked all over my kitchen. Very thankful that our State Farm agent recommended FloodCo after our dishwasher unexpectedly malfunctioned and spilled water all over our hardwood kitchen floors. The water seeped in between hardwood floors, creating unpleasant smell and raising the floor boards. From initial phone call with Kerri and office staff (Jesse) everyone has been extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Staff showed up same day I called within 2 hours, looked at damages and promised to get our floors back. They certainly delivered as our floors look good as new! Thank you!

I could not recommend Paul & FloodCo more. As a first-time home owner in a very old building in Hoboken, I had concerns about exposure to lead paint and lead dust. Paul arrived quickly and provided an assessment at no cost - then simply told me I had nothing to worry about and went on his way.

I could have easily been persuaded to hire his team for work that ultimately was unnecessary, but he was honest and provided me with a huge sense of relief instead. I will surely call him again for any future concerns or work needed to be done.

I contracted with AG pro roofing company to repair and change out my entire flat roof. Their pricing was better than the majority of quotes received. Their team completed the work in a timely fashion and were very professional. They sent pictures of the before and after, amazing service.

After heavy rainfall, I noticed a leak. I called AG pro roofing company and they literally turned up within 20 minutes as they were already in the area. The job was successfully completed within the hour. Impressive service.

I just had my roof replaced by AG Pro Roofing Contractors and it was excellent. From the initial estimate to the completion of the job, everything went perfectly. The quality of the work was excellent and sales and project management support was always available when needed. I would highly recommend.

Great experience with AG Pro Construction LLC. Price was good, work was done earlier than expected and done well. They installed new limestone and did brick repair on my stair case and replaced the sinking portion of my walkway. Will definitely call them for future work.

They were meticulous and professional from start to finish. I would recommend Tim and his crew 100%. I mowed the lawn 10 minutes after they finished ripping off and replacing two layers of asphalt shingles, not one scrap or nail was left behind.
