Constraction reviews in Edgewater, New Jersey

I met Sergei back about 6 months ago after he was recommended by a real estate broker that I know for 25 years. Project involved renovating a 1410 sq ft 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. During initial steps of planing renovation and choosing finishes, it seemed bit overwhelming but luckily due to extensive knowledge that Sergei has from being in industry for many years, it became a breeze choosing everything that was required for new kitchen and bathrooms as well as new floor and doors and much more like all electrical and plumbing. Sergei is extremely honest and transparent in everything he does. It was just a pleasure dealing with him and seeing this apartment turning from unlivable place to dream home. 🙏

Flawless and fantastic!

Reliable, efficient, and friendly!

Exceeded my wildest dreams - incredible!

Exceptional work, consistently exceptional, always!

Best decision I ever made - highly recommended!

Our fireplace is spotless and ready for cozy evenings thanks to them!

The team was nice overall comprehensive. Best part was when he was done doing the work. She left everything very clean and that’s what my wife likes . He didn’t park in my driveway either as I don’t like to have my driveway blocked by strangers at the end of the day life is short and I feel like we could use more companies like this. Oh yes, and before I forget, the employee had a very good playlist of music that he was playing while he was doing the inspection. I wonder if I could get the playlist from the company, I guess I’ll have to call and ask tomorrow.

Had a chimney stack inspection issue with our home insurance and needed a repair as soon as possible. Pangione was efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. We decided to do a full cleaning as well because it’s hard to find reliable companies these days. Overall excellent experience and highly recommend.

A cozy evening by the fire seemed a distant dream until John worked his magic on our chimney. His meticulous attention to detail left it spotless in just under an hour, and now our home feels ready for those chilly nights. Highly recommended for peace of mind!
