All I can say is WOW! Short Version: Fair Price, Amazing Communication, Fast Work, Clean Workspace, Fantastic Quality!

Long Version: I live in an older building and had been looking to redo my bathroom for a while. I met with a few different contractors and didn't feel as if any of them were going to do what I wanted - just do what they felt like doing. It is a big investment and I knew exactly what I wanted to do. I met with Sergi who was super responsive to my emails and texts - we went over a plan and he provided me a detailed estimate and timeframe.

They completely protected the floors and work area from the rest of my home, and got to work right away. I work in the city and they kept me updated during the whole process with text and emails. Any issues that came up were very small and he had solutions for them. It is so beautiful and exactly what I wanted - to be honest it is even better than I imagined! I just love it and it was a great experience! You will love working with them!

I was thoroughly impressed with the general contractor's prowess in interior design. The kitchen contractor's work on my kitchen renovation was nothing short of remarkable, bringing a perfect blend of functionality and aesthetics. Equally impressive was the bathroom contractor, who executed a flawless bathroom renovation, exceeding my expectations. The attention to detail in both kitchen and bathroom remodeling showcased their commitment to excellence. The expertise displayed in apartment renovation projects reflects a deep understanding of design principles. For anyone seeking top-notch professionals in home improvement, I wholeheartedly recommend this general contractor.

Sergei plumbing service was detail and excellent. He replace toilet, shower head & valve within a day service.Thank you Sergei!

Sergi is very unassuming but a total professional. No high pressure at all and pricing was definitely reasonable. Sergi's man Vasly did my entire kitchen by himself. Total rip out. Had to totally rebuild the walls and put about 180 lbs. of plaster getting the walls prepared. Vasly was the absolute best I have experienced and I've done 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. The kitchen is only 7' x 7' so no room for two men. Seven working days and a 17 day turn around including a 7 day layoff waiting for granite. I can't speak highly enough of Sergi and his men and would hire Romanoff Growth again in a minute. If you ever saw this 120 year old kitchen before you would be amazed AAA+++

I purchased a Home to flip in North Jersey and I hired Sergio and his crew to take care of the full renovation. They did an amazing job. The house looked amazing I was able to sell it 50K over asking price. Thanks for all your professionalism and wonderful work.

I would definitely recommend Sergi Romanovsky for any home remodeling work you may need. He and his team were fantastic through the whole process. He is very clear cut, understood our design from the get go, addressed all our questions / concerns and executed phenomenally and on time.

I hired Mr. Romanoff to remodel my parents apartment in Edgewater, NJ and I have to say he exceeded my expectations. What an amazing attention to detail. They were clean and careful without excluding they met the time frame they had promised to complete the remodel. That sometimes is hard to find due to the high demand in materials and delays. He made sure all the materials and items I selected with my parents were delivered without delays. He makes the process easy, stress-free and effortless. I would recommend them for all your general contractor needs.

Romanoff Growth remodeled our small bathroom. The work was done quickly and with great quality. We are happy with results and can definitely recommend this contractor.

We gutted and renovated our entire kitchen with Sergi and Vasily - They are excellent at what they do - Everything is nicely done, all the details are neat and they also worked very fast!

Sergi is down to earth and responds quickly to questions and concerns throughout the process. He accommodated all our ideas for our minimalist kitchen. The price was reasonable as well.

We love our new kitchen and would hire Sergi again :) :)

Romanoff Growth (Sergei) did an awesome job as my general contractor. They remodeled my kitchen and bathroom and supplied all materials, from the kitchen cabinets to the bathroom vanity. I felt confident in their work - they’re fully licensed and insured. And was amazing that these guys have their own showroom in Edgewater with huuuuge selection of kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, interior doors, dining tables and chairs and much more. Definitely recommend them.

Impressed with the attention to detail from this interior designer. Their ability to choose the right colors, textures, and furnishings resulted in a sophisticated and inviting interior. Best kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity supplier. Highly recommended this design & general contractor Co.

Sergi and his sub-contractors did a great job with our renovations. High quality work.

Sergi is honest. He cares about the job getting done right. He's also willing to do anything, big or small, to make sure the job is done well and that his client is happy. The only con was imperfect communication, which made certain logistics slightly harder.

We originally budgeted ~$40k for the renovations but ended up spending ~$73k because we expanded the scope of the project while work was being done. The flexibility to make adjustments based on our changing requirements was much appreciated.

Overall we were very happy with Romanoff Growth, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Design Supply BUILD ( Romanoff Growth ) exceeded my expectations in every way. As a general contractor, they managed my kitchen and bathroom remodels with ease, supplying high-quality kitchen cabinets and a beautiful bathroom vanity. They are my go-to for any project since they’re also an all needed project materials supplier and are fully licensed and insured.

When my parents’ rental property in New Jersey was completely destroyed, requiring a full gut and renovation, it felt like an impossible situation, especially since we live in California and my parents are elderly with serious health issues. The thought of hiring a contractor we'd never met for such a critical and expensive project was incredibly nerve-wracking.

However, from our first interaction with Sergei, our fears began to dissipate. He proved to be nothing short of phenomenal. The renovation work he performed was absolutely beautiful and meticulous, transforming a nightmare into a dream home. What truly set him apart was his exceptional conscientiousness regarding budget. He went above and beyond, actively seeking ways to cut costs and save us money, without ever compromising on quality or the expensive look we desired.

Beyond his outstanding craftsmanship, Sergei was extremely courteous, patient, responsive, and consistently trustworthy. He navigated the entire process with grace and professionalism, always putting our minds at ease. His character as a person is truly beyond reproach, and we now consider him a dear friend of the family.

He didn't just meet expectations; he exceeded them in every single area. We are profoundly grateful to have found him. We cannot recommend Sergei enough to anyone seeking an expert contractor and interior designer. He's a rare gem.

I had an amazing experience working with Design Supply Build as our general contractor for a full house renovation for my parents in Fort Lee, NJ. I live in Los Angeles and couldn’t be present during the project, but everything went incredibly smoothly from start to finish.

They handled a complete renovation, serving as our kitchen contractor and bathroom contractor, and they also provided beautiful interior design guidance throughout the project. What made the process even easier is that they have their own showroom, so they supplied all the materials — kitchen cabinets, interior doors, bathroom vanities, and more. They even helped fully furnish the home at the end, which was a huge bonus.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire project, and I always felt informed and confident despite the distance. The quality of the work is outstanding, and my parents are absolutely thrilled with the results.

Special thanks to Sergei and the whole Design Supply Build team for their professionalism, reliability, and craftsmanship. Highly recommend!

Sergei and his team did a wonderful job renovating our bathroom. He was able to anticipate issues and out maneuver them before they emerged, gave solid guidance on what’s best in terms of placements and long term care. Overall very happy with how things turned out!
