This experience was new for me but this company definitely impressed me. I know now there is no better feeling than walking into your apartment after a deep clean! I didn’t know you could get a stovetop so clean. The staff showed up on time and got right to work they even paid attention to all the little nuances that you would miss doing your own personal cleaning. This is something that everyone should definitely get done regularly.

Excellent, reliable and prompt service. The crew is on time, courteous and do a thorough job everytime. Best in the area. It gives me peace of mind that my home is being taken good care of and kept up. I had troubled spots such as the cooktop that they scrubbed up and also helped tidy up where I wasn't getting the chance to. My family and I absolutely enjoy and await our squeekly clean home especially for the start of the weekend. Jack is a pleasure to speak to and his leadership shows on how the company is being thoughtfully run. Anothny and Carmen was sent to clean two bedrooms in my home. They did an excellent job and were very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend using Best Maids Ever !!

All I can say is that I’ve been trying to scrub the unsightly marks/stains off my shower stall floor for like 10 years, and Deanna made it look like new in less an hour! She’s obviously a magician, and you should hire her!

I just sublet a place and the previous occupant was supposed to clean the place before I moved in.

He did not.

When I first arrived I was less than pleased to see that the place was a mess.

When Best Maids Ever arrived to do a walkthrough they quickly realized the original quote for a “deep clean” would not suffice. I needed a “heavy duty clean”.I wasn’t too happy about the additional charge but I certainly understood why. But, most importantly, the quote was readjusted before any work began. (I had a previous cleaning service increase the quote when they were halfway through the job.)

I also really appreciated that Jack checked in with me several times during the process to make sure that everything was going smoothly.

The were very professional and responsive to any questions that I had and their work quality was excellent.

They did an amazing job with my 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment and it looks and smells great. I’ve been away from 2 weeks so my apartment was a mess when I got back. Now it looks cleaner than it ever has. They got there on time, which was perfect cause I had to run some errands while I was out. I will definitely be using them again soon.

Service was efficient, the ladies were professional and pleasant. Jack has amazing customer service skills and will work with you throughout the entire process and even after if necessary.

My partner and I have been struggling to catch up with cleaning since we’ve been working so much so we reached out to best maids ever and it was the best decision ever. We scheduled a first time deep clean. Aileen arrived and I was nervous about being judged for the mess but she was so kind and just had such good energy that I felt immediately comfortable. She was so quiet with the cleaning that I forgot and fell asleep. By the end of it, all the forgotten parts were so clean we immediately noticed. Our oven was cleaner than when we moved in. We will absolutely be getting monthly cleans. Thank you for everything!

Our place was in need of a good spring cleaning and these ladies delivered! They were promptly on time; a few minutes early. They were very nice and courteous making sure to ask where the areas were to be cleaned. They also double checked which rooms were best to start in because my baby was sleeping in the back bedroom. I asked for the blinds to be added and that was no problem.

Something I really appreciated in these cleaners is that they were able to get areas I can never get, spotless. Like our stovetop, grease trap, and bathroom tiles! They were like magic. The attention to detail whilst also covering a lot of ground was impressive.

I feel as though they were more thorough than previous professional cleaners that I’ve tried. I would definitely book them again! I wish I could have them come regularly because with two kids it is so nice to see and feel, clean open spaces. They even rearranged the furniture a little bit and left areas like my daughter’s bassinet “made up” and our beds turned down. It was sweet to see the little touches that just puts a house clean above the basic.

Note: I showed a before pic of the bathroom soap dish to show how much better they were able to get that area. So it’s a before/after.

I contacted them, but their response was delayed and careless. In the end, they simply said they weren’t interested. If they are a professional cleaning service, this is not an appropriate way to communicate with customers. Hope they will correct it and how to speak to customers.
