I have been using this company for a few years now. Initially, to have my roof cleaned using their low pressure wash to clean off dirt and mold. Then, to power wash my roof, siding, and deck. I have also used them to occasionally clean out my gutters, which is what I had done most recently.

In all instances I have been satisfied with the service. I actually had neighbors comment on how nice my roof looked after they cleaned it, which is not something I ever expected.

They've always shown up when they say, they work fast, and the quality of the work is good. It's been a very reliable experience. I suppose my only minor concern is they work so quickly that I worry sometimes they might damage something in their haste. But it's probably just me being a worry-wart, becuase they've never damaged anything. I suppose that level of speed is just a result of them being good at what they do.

Had a great experience with Thompson roof cleaning. Sabrina set me up and was very professional and flexible with my schedule. Edwin and Dewin came and did an amazing job! Had the roof cleaning service and my house washed. Also gutters came like new with the whitening. Would def recommend!

VERY satisfied with the service at Thompson Roof Cleaning & Power Washing!! From the moment that I spoke with Sabrina to schedule, it has been a great experience. She answered all my questions and kept me informed up to the day of work. Ed and his team ensured that the work (deck, fence, furniture, roof, and siding cleaning) was done professionally and completely to my satisfaction. At the end, he walked me through to ensure all was done. Safety was paramount as well with the team. Well worth the price!!!

I had Thompson Roof Cleaning and power Washing clean the entire outside and front steps of my house. I was especially concerned about green mold as I live in a wooded area.
After prepping the house (taping all outlets), the power washing started. It took about 90 minutes until I could see the final result: a sparkling clean and shiny home!
Ed was very professional, kind and efficient. When I first made the appointment, I received instructions how to prep the outside and Ed explained to me what to expect before he started.

Great experience with Thompson Roof Cleaning from start to finish. They were very communicative, prompt and followed up. Once we decided to move forward with them, the scheduling process was easy and straightforward. The service on the house (mold remediation on the roof and soffits) made a huge difference and we couldn't be more pleased. We will definitely be using them for future services!

Ed and his team at Thompson are prompt and professional, as well as courteous. We have had them clear our gutters and wash the siding several times now and they do an amazing job. They will not try and upsell premium services you do not need (unlike some other people). If Ed told me I needed something fixed I would A) believe him, and B) have him do the job.

I am adding to this past review. I just had my gutters cleaned and will be getting my roof cleaned again next spring. Chris was my service guy today and had my house power washed this past spring. Totally recommend Thompson. They are consistent with service and fairly priced!
