I got my couch and dining chairs cleaned today by Eugene. He was very fast and super informative throughout the whole process on what he was doing and how long everything would take to dry. I’m glad that he came out today and I hope I can work with him in the future next time I need a deep clean. Thanks again Eugene!

Juan did an outstanding job cleaning my carpet and taking the area rug in for cleaning. He even went over spots that I asked him to redo. I am praying that whomever is cleaning my area rug really cleans it well on both sides. Great work thus far!! I thought I saw a coupon online for the area rug so I expected a deeper discount.

Amazing service from technician Cesar. I called with an emergency and they came in less then 12 hours. Highly recommend. Ask for Cesar he is the best! He was able to get stains out as best he could from previous tenant.

Eugene was excellent. Arrived as scheduled. Cleaned two leather sofas that had never been previously cleaned. Looks like new. Great conversation and very personable.abd technically proficient. Price reasonable. Would definitely use again.

Stanley steamer did a wonderful job. Rhondel, our technician, came at the early end of the window with clear communication about the arrival time and a photo of the person doing the job. I appreciated the initiative to make sure using their service is safe. This was a visit as part of a package for multiple visits. The price reflects add-ons we chose. The pricing for the add-ons was upfront and there was no pressure to purchase them. Rhondel was polite, thorough and professional throughout. Will use again!

Wadoo, did an awesome job steam cleaning my sectional. Not only was he very informal on the process but also very educational on giving me advice to maintain my couch. These guys did the worst job. Our home was literally damaged. No one informed us they were drilling holes in our ductwork and I didn’t find out until after they did it . Furniture was moved and put back in the wrong place despite me asking them to put it back where they found it. , Dust is everywhere. They put our vents back upside down and left the screws everywhere. One got caught in my Dyson vacuum and almost broke it. Unbelievable. Stay away from this business.

The service was fast and professional. They left our basement carpet in great shape. I like how they took pictures after. The 2 guys were courteous and handled a communication misunderstanding very effectively. Thank you.

I received a quote of $261 in writing in an email for my tiles the grout and clearcoat three bathrooms kitchen and hallway they came. They said it was gonna be 400 and change. I have the original quote in writing by email now they want a ton more money. They are liars. They will give you a quote come to your house and it will be a lot more money do not deal with this organization. They are scammers.

Scottie was on time, professional and did a great job. He steam cleaned our hard wood floors after we pulled up wall to wall carpeting that had been there for decades. While we know the floors need to be refinished they already look better after the cleaning. Would recommend Stanley Steemer for hard wood floors.

The guys were quick and efficient. They answered any & all questions I had. My only gripe is them showing up with snow all over their shoes & no foot covers nor proper tarp to put down to protect my floors & carpeting. This should’ve been a must have of supplies first & foremost before entering someone’s home to do any work in any type of weather.

Rhondel & Caleb were true professionals. They did a fantastic job revitalizing our carpeted spaces throughout the building. They were a pleasure to have here. They cleaned up after themselves and even wore the booties to protect the cleaned surfaces. They provided a smooth and easy operation. Thank you gentlemen. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Stanley Steamer (Eugene) did an AMAZING job cleaning our entry and back stairs and upper landing. We have a tan colored rug and some sections were heavily soiled from daily wear and tear from the kids. Eugene brought them back to life! Rhey look beautiful. He was super courteous and professional and a role model employee for Stanley Steamer. SS - I suggest you give him a raise - it will be worth it.
