Messiah did a great job. Very professional and courteous. I had chairs that my dog rubs against and are hard to get clean. They look terrific!

I was extremely satisfied with our technician Scotty. We had a water spill in the basement in addition to carpets that were originally contracted to be cleaned. Within one hour another crew member showed up and completed the basement while Scotty worked on the carpets. My family and I wer'e very thankful that Scotty stepped in and handled the situation as a professional. He is truly an asset to Stanley Steamer.

Messiah was a fine technician. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and polite. He did a wonderful job cleaning the pet stains out of the carpet. You’d never know what the dog had done.

The service and knowledge that Juan provided was top notch. He was very pleasant and offered me many options to protect my carpet in the future, my hardwood floor and my furniture. We need more sales professionals like Juan

Jorge and Messiah from Stanley Steemer were great! Very nice and did a thorough job cleaning and sanitizing our air ducts as well aa installing an air purifier. I think it’s the first time it was done in the 48 years since our family moved here. The guys were extremely respectful and kind to my 94-year old father who is the homeowner. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer for their professionalism and quality of service.

He is the greatest person that I’ve dealt with. in a very Long time. His good customer Service and work ethic is a godsend He”s kwonderful and he should be praised for the job that he does. The company is very lucky to have an employee so wonderful as he is.
He is always so happy at his job and he goes over and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. I only like to request him thank you Messiah for all your great work. I will miss you, but I am thinking about getting a few more cleanings because of you.

From estimate appt to completion, I’m pleased. Kevin did a great job explaining everything & assisting with the process. Only thing I can say is after 15 vents, charging for one more is a little absurd. However, Jorge & Kenee did a great job! Literally explained each and every step, very thorough, and treated my home with care! Due to Jorge & Kenee, I would definitely recommend this location for my community!

Michael & messiah were excellent! Very professional and were super mindful and respectful of the cleanliness, from their shoe guards to a weather barrier placed in the doorway to keep my heat inside while they were working. Michael explained the whole process thoroughly and even gave me tips on how to keep my heating system optimal. Will definitely keep using them!

Juan from Stanley Steemer was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, super kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through the entire rug-cleaning process and clearly explained the benefits of in-home cleaning versus warehouse deep cleaning, which really helped us make an informed decision. We ultimately went with the warehouse deep clean and are excited to see the results. Fingers crossed Juan is the one who drops it off when it’s ready because he was truly a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Stanley Steemer. Caleb was professional, on time, and very polite. He explained everything clearly and worked quickly but carefully. My stairs carpets came out looking fresh, clean, and better than I expected. It’s hard to find companies that take pride in their work, but he truly did. Eugene did a great job at my home. He was amazing. He knows how to clean up , not just your wallet, but also the dirty carpets. I loved the job he did. He is very well mannered. I will call him back again in another 2 months. The money he charged was very reasonable.
