Great carpet cleaning services. I am 100% sure I am gonna need their services again as I have 2 very playful dogs who sometimes misbehaves and mess my carpet. Great overall experience!

I called them Sunday evening to squeeze me into their schedule. Michael (rep/manager) said the cost of cleaning service would be $75 per room and that Monday is confirmed between hours of 2pm to 5pm.

Today (Monday) I received a missed call from an unknown number as I was in a meeting at work. Individual did not leave any message or voicemail. I called company back an hour later and Johnathan (rep) then said he will find out status and call me back. Did not receive any courtesy call but instead, I called company back a little after 5pm stressing my concern. Received a call from the cleaning technician who said he couldn’t do the cleaning bc I didn’t answer my phone. I was furious and asked why he didn’t leave a voicemail. He did not have any response. After further deliberation, he called me again and asked what needs to be done. I said 2 rooms on first floor needs carpet cleaning and was quoted $450. He also said this is the minimum amount and it would have to be paid over the phone. I flipped and said Michael quoted me $75 per room yesterday (Sunday) when I made the appointment.

I scheduled an appointment with our long time carpet cleaning company (Stanley Steemer) who charged us $148 for 2 rooms. I encourage you all to not do business with Edison carpet cleaning

As a resident of Edison, I always try to give my business to local businesses but this is unacceptable.

Just the other day, my dog relieved himself on my carpet instead of going out in the backyard to do so. So I called Edison Carpet Cleaning, and immediately they answered my inquiries. In just a span of an hour, my carpet was clean! I highly recommend them to everyone.

For someone with two dogs and three children roaming around the corner. Our Flokati rug and couches suffers. Cleaning them by myself would take hours of my time. It is a good thing I called them. Price was reasonable and they have huge machineries that pumped hot water for cleaning my rugs. Very satisfied and I highly recommend them for the job!
