Time 2 Clean provides an incredible cleaning service! My whole experience was amazing. The owner was extremely involved and responsive; I was able to get a hold of her very easily. She answered my questions very thoroughly and kindly. The cleaners are very well trained and will do the job perfectly! I got my kitchen and 2 bathrooms deep cleaned, it did take a few hours but when I tell you they were sparkling by the time the cleaner was done.. I mean it! Not to mention the cleaners are extremely nice as well! I will definitely be contacting them again. Overall I am extremely satisfied and happy with their work and would 100% recommend others to give them a try.

Time 2 Clean held a giveaway for a free surface cleaning to THREE healthcare workers; I was fortunate enough to be one of the winners. First and foremost, to even host such a gracious giveaway during this pandemic speaks volumes in itself of the owner of this company. It was such a thoughtful, and caring raffle. Healthcare employees and other essential workers are being spread extremely thin attempting to keep up with the needs of everyone during this difficult time we are faced with. So for the owner of this company to grant such a stress relief to three winners is more than generous. I had Carmen come to my home for the cleaning and she was very sweet, and efficient. Jennifer was so easy to work with and communicate with! I needed the apartment I am moving into deep cleaned after the people prior kept it very unkempt and Diana was sent over to clean and did an amazing job disinfecting and cleaning everything !!

Time 2 Clean was very responsive to my request with a 3 day lead time. The cleaner that was sent was very respectful and efficient. She took care of everything I asked for/pointed out and even did a few dishes (wasnt expecting that). She was not bothered by my dog at all. I have already set up my next appt.

Maria (who cleaned the house) was incredible! Totally exceeded expectations. Took the time to take the cushions off the couch and vacuum all those little crumbs. Moved furniture to clean behind, and then put the furniture back. Also, Jennifer was great to communicate with throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend!

Needed a one-time deep cleaning of a family member’s bathroom that had been neglected for some time. Time 2 Clean requested a video of the bathroom and offered a fair flat fee to complete the cleaning service. Jennifer was very responsive, communicative, and accommodating and Maria put in her best effort to clean the bathroom. I found both individuals to be very kind as well. The shower area, in particular, required a lot of work and is where Maria spent most of her time. She did the very best she could to get it up to par which I greatly appreciate. She also did a good job on the toilet, vanity, and floor. The reason for taking off one star is because this was supposed to be a deep cleaning which included cleaning of walls, doors, dusting, etc. and some of these items were not completed in their entirety. In all fairness, I believe the shower took longer than anticipated and perhaps there was insufficient time to complete the rest. Although this was somewhat of a unique situation, personally, I would have rather paid a bit more to have the job fully completed, however long it took. Overall, I would still recommend their services to others and would consider using them in the future. Thank you again, Jennifer & Maria. All the best.

Time 2 Clean left my house sparkling from top to bottom! The owner, Jennifer, is so professional and accommodating. I’ve used their services long before the pandemic, however, I was entered into a raffle for for front line essential workers, and won! I received a free cleaning, which I was so grateful for!

The cleaning was ok they missed a lot of spots that needed to be clean left behind lots of dust communication was not there at all once they were on the property. I was not satisfied at all.

My basement needed a deep cleaning after home improvement work was done. The worker did an excellent and thorough job.
She was friendly and professional and did the work in a timely manner.
the owner was very easy to work with and my basement was clean in a matter of days.

We had to get a home cleaned for a closing that was in severe need of TLC. Jennifer responded quickly and sent in her team to get the job done. It had been years since any real cleaning was done and her folks got right in and had things sparkling. The house hasn't look this good since the '90s.
