I was nervous about getting my home cleaned since I’ve only ever done it once before, but the owner made it an easy process and reassured me with any questions I had prior to the cleaning. The original cleaner called out sick, but I believe it was the owner and her partner who came and still provided the deep cleaning. I really needed it! The services were great (owner is so friendly) and my home is clean, she really went in on my bathroom (which I hate cleaning 😩)! 10/10 highly recommend.

Update 11/2025: The team has been coming for biweekly cleanings since June and they’re worth every cent. Having them come has been such a huge game changer and Jen is always on top of sending reminders and being in communication when the team is done. Had a deep cleaning performed prior to move in. The job was satisfactory at best as there were several places that were missed where I found dust or it was completely neglected. I definitely expected a better cleaning for the price paid.

I was going to call to discuss but we decided complete the cleaning ourselves rather than having document and send videos outlining all the spots missed.

They really did a great job. I’ve never had my house professionally cleaned, but my best friends treated me to it and I am so glad they did. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. The bathrooms look amazing!! I have a Jack russel so she sheds A LOT, but they did a great job cleaning the floors. The only thing I would say is that the dusting in some places could have been better shelves, night stands etc… however overall everything was so wonderful that I would still give it 5 stars. Especially for how clean my bathrooms look!

Time to Clean by J was great! I needed an urgent deep clean of my apartment, and they were kind enough to accommodate me quickly despite it being a busy period. Jennifer coordinated with me on the backend and Stephen and Diana provided us with a thorough and professional cleaning.
