My husband did a photo shoot of them cleaning windows, at their request. They never paid him for the agreed upon price. They wanted the photos immediately so we made the mistake of sending them without our watermark. 12 months later, we still have not been paid and they are using our photos on their website. Do not use this company because they are unprofessional and do not pay their bills

I am so glad my husband found Touch Window Cleaning. Gene was great and was able to get us on his schedule very quickly when another company cancelled on us due to rain. He did an EXCELLENT job on both my old wooden windows and my new vinyl windows. He also thoroughly cleaned my storm windows. Everything looks beautiful and crystal clear. My house looks so much better! Gene was very neat, respectful of my floors and furniture, and a pleasure to have in our home. I couldn't believe he did our entire house on his own. He simply put his earbuds in and got straight to it. I couldn't be happier and will definitely use Touch Window Cleaning a few times a year!

We hired Thompson Touch to power wash our office building and the front walkway. From the first phone call with Ruben to schedule, the team at Thompson Touch was professional and accommodating of the unique timeline that we were working on.

My office is in an old Victorian home with vinyl siding. With the harsh winters, it is hard to keep it looking new and fresh. That said, I hired another company to power wash the office for the last couple of years, and was disappointed each time. This year, I resolved to find a new quality power washer... when I stumbled upon Thompson Touch. Thank goodness I did! I simply cannot express how great of a job they did on our office!

I cannot speak to their window washing abilities, but if you are looking for a power washer, this is the one you want!

Did some work for them and they did not pay me. Have been trying for a year to get the $250 they were supposed to pay. Josh the owner has lied to me so many times about how he will pay me on the next payroll run. They gave me a 5 star rating and then didn't pay the bill!!!!!

So they told me to call them and I did. Josh the owner lied to me over and over again. It's now two years later and I still haven't been paid! Don't trust this guy!!! If you do work make sure it's COD!!!!!!!

From start to finish TTW was a pleasure to work with. On the phone scheduling the appointment to making sure to follow up and confirmation of the appointment. The worker arrived as promised and he did an excellent job. On every level every person was professional and kind and great to work with. And to add, the fee was very reasonable . I will be using Thompson for my future cleaning needs. Please keep up the excellent work !!!

What a great experience with the crew from The Thompson Touch. The guys were very thorough, respectful of my home and went above and beyond. I had the house, garage, and backyard pergola power washed and all of the windows washed, inside and out. I highly recommend them!!
