Dove Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery Experts were amazing!! The technician Raymond was very professional and courteous. He deep cleaned my dirty carpets and did not leave until there are no stains left.
Most of the carpets that he cleaned are old ones and he made it look and smell as new as possible.
I will certainly call them the next time I need carpet cleaning.

Very disorganized and unprofessional company. The first appt made for a couch cleaning was scheduled for Tuesday evening, then they called back shortly after saying it would have to be Wednesday morning 9am-12pm instead. They call Wednesday morning stating the technician is delayed from his first job and would then be arriving between 1-3pm. At 3pm they call stating they have to cancel because of a flat tire.... Wasted an entire day waiting for a service just to be called at the LAST minute to have it cancelled. Definitely do not recommend wasting your time trying to use this company.

Dove Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery Experts cleaned our 5-year-old carpet this afternoon, covering four bedrooms, the hall, and the staircase, with fantastic results. Some old stains were removed, and the entire area now looks clean and fresh. The technician also did a light cleaning of an oriental rug while keeping it in place, which was very convenient. He was an excellent representative of the company, from my initial phone inquiry to the text updates about the appointment and his arrival time. He kept me informed every step of the way. It was truly a 5-star experience!
