2 people showed up on time and got to work at 10am, they were gone by 1pm. Cleaning was satisfactory for the places they cleaned; but there were so many exceptions; no windows, air duct, covers, cabinets. Add all the extras comes to an exorbitant amount. They would not clean behind fridges, washers, dryers unless I pull them out. No wet mopping of the floors; no vacuum and a price tag of $292 - no thanks. I feel like I was cheated.

I've used many different cleaning services, but Express cleaning team is not only the best, but delivers hard work, and unbelievably fantastic services. After what this company provides for me, it's hard to go back to any other services! Complete dedication and effort is all I ask for, and is always what I receive. :)

I have tried other cleaning services in the area, but they have all been sub-par until I found Express cleaning. Fary and the team are wonderful. I am a very clean person, very picky, and I have a little OCD, but they manage to clean the apt to my high standards and for that I am very grateful ! Keep up the great work team !!!

I have only had one person from the express cleaning team come to my house but if they're all like her then everyone should be so lucky. Fary Borrell is not only just the woman who cleans my apartment but she has become like a friend. She is so sweet and so flexible with timing. One time I forgot to leave a key and she was locked out and just came the next day. She is amazing. Also the impeccable way she cleans stands alone. I've had a lot of cleaning professionals at my apartment and none even come close to Fary, she actually takes pride and care in her work and her clients. My friends are always begging me for her number. Last year in November Fary and I realized we had birthdays the same week and we both left presents for each other without the other knowing! It's like I said earlier Fary is more than a cleaning professional, she truly cares about her clients. Oh and the fact that she cleans my room, which is a complete disaster area, I have nothing but respect for this woman!! Definitely choose this company and ask for Fary but don't take her away from me 😊!!!

I love how clean our apartment looked after the services received.  We didn't have electricity but these ladies did an amazing job!!! I will definitely recommend.

Jan 2024: They tend to do a rush job. In so doing, they forget to wipe down countertops and outside cabinet doors below the kitchen sink. When I spoke to them 30 min after they left the job, about these areas that were neglected and not cleaned, there was the "I did cleaned it" until pictures were shown. Promises of returning to take care of it were made, but they did not return or call to say they were no longer coming. Everthing else that they actually cleaned was good. Given that this was a tiny apartment there is no justification of missing cleaning the outside of the cabinets and the still sticky countertop. It is probably the smallest kitchen they have worked on. This rush job, and bad communication after pointing out areas they forgot to clean makes this a less than average rating.

2020....4 years ago: Expensive, ranging at $125 per hour for 2 people. Did a good job of cleaning, I was pleased with most of it but noted another cleaning is needed to get rid of scum in a shower. If Im paying $125x you better find a way to get it out! even if it means going over the surface 3 times to achieve the desired results.

I'm so glad I found Express Cleaning Team. When I moved to JC I had to find new a new cleaning service. I tried two other companies and was getting by, but they never did the thorough job that I was looking for, it was sort of 85% done and things were glossed over- and I notice everything! As soon as I met Fary, she reminded me of my trusted housekeeper in Manhattan. Not only does she and the team do an excellent job, she knows where to look and will not miss a spot. She is a true professional. I've already set up recurring services with them.

I highly recommend Express Cleaning Team and tell neighbors about their service whenever the opportunity arises. Fary does a wonderful job cleaning my apartment, plus she's a delight. Express Cleaning is my first and only choice for keeping my apartment spotless. Fary and her team are the best! I love coming home to the wonderful clean scent and shiny granite counters. I don't even know where to begin. I called last minute yesterday asking if anyone would be able to come clean my house (my mom is sick and I am taking care of her), and I spoke to Jimmy, and he called Fary (the owner) and asked if she could do it last minute. She said yes which was so sweet considering she had an extremely full day ahead of her.

Fary, along with one of her workers came right on time, and from the beginning I felt extremely comfortable with her. She is so personable and easy to talk to, and very professional. I had never had anyone come to clean our house before, so I did not know what to expect. They got to work immediately, brought all the products and equipment with them, (I did not have to supply anything) and before I knew it they were upstairs cleaning within not even 5 minutes of getting there.

The house was so dusty, and the bathrooms were in bad condition (understatement), so there was definitely a lot of areas that needed to be addressed. I didn't feel judged by them even though the house was in bad shape. Every single thing that needed work was done. Everything looks SPOTLESS; even on the shower doors which haven't been cleaned in a long time. The floor is shiny, it smells incredible in the house, and everything is organized. I added a few extra items for them to do when I booked the appointment including windows, baseboards, and the oven. They all look immaculate.

I am so incredibly grateful and amazed at not only the professionalism and the kindness of Fary, Jimmy, and the employee, but at the quality of the work that was done. They were here working 4 and a half hours STRAIGHT. If you need a cleaning for your home or office, run- don't walk to Express Cleaning. I 100% recommend them; you will not be disappointed. Thank you Fary and the whole team!

I rate this company 5 stars, I am such a big fan of Fary's work. She is prompt, courteous, flexible yet reliable and most of all very effective and professional. After a cleaning service our home looks and smells clean for days- she leaves no stones unturned and even finds better solutions for clutter, making my life as a mom of two kids under three easier in the process. I have used this service for abor a year now and without fail am satisfied with the results. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Fary has been cleaning for us regularly. She and her team (total 3 people) have been a pleasure to work with. They are efficient, detail-oriented and friendly. I like that she really cares about her customers’ needs and always leaves us with a fresh home.

I hired them to clean my business. They did a fantastic job. From the restrooms to the store front. Everything was cleaned and the attention to detail was amazing from JR and his assistant I forgot her name. They folded the toilet paper like in a luxury hotel. They also left us with a small hand soap. We will be using there services again in the future. Highly recommended.

WOW!!!! I am extremely impressed by Express Cleaning Team. We have tried several local cleaning services, and Express stands head and shoulders above all the rest. Thanks to them, our home is absolutely sparkling clean, organized, and looking great. Upon seeing the quality of their service, we immediately decided to hire them for bi-weekly cleanings. Their care and pride shows in the work they do and in their attention to the details. I highly recommend them!

I just bought a large new home and had them do deep cleaning for me. They did an amazing job in less than ideal circumstances (i timed this incorrectly as I had boxes all over the place, etc.). They worked to come up with a great plan that put me as the customer first. They truly wanted me to enjoy the fruits of their efforts rather than just make a quick buck and move on. This is a family business that acts with honesty and integrity. They did an amazing job on the kitchen and all bathrooms (very nice personalized touches they added as well). They will be coming back once my full move-in has been completed so that I can really benefit from all of their hard work. Cannot say enough positive things about this team! Thank you!

After construction I couldn’t lift the sawdust from floors. Not only did they leave my floors brand new the bathroom was left spotless. Super professional, friendly, and trustworthy! Cant wait to have them back.

This is the best cleaning service i've ever used! 5 stars all the way! They were available with one day request, they showed up on time, they cleaned my 3 bdrm 2 btrm apartment spotless and within 2 hours! They left everything organized and smelling fresh! I was shocked. Very professional and kind, and detailed orientated, even left cute little soaps and thank you stickers on the toilet roll. I will be using this service on a reoccurring basis. I highly recommend for airbnbs as well. I wish I had investment properties in this city, they would be the cleaners i would choose.

Fary is absolute magic. I have worked with Fary and her team since 2019 and their work is consistently amazing.
