Can’t say enough good things about our experience with Neil Slattery. We bought a home with a slew of HVAC issues and they have been to our home many times. When our AC broke over the summer, they were quick to respond and worked tirelessly until the root issue was resolved. They offer an annual membership that ultimately saved us a ton of money. They are a family owned business and staff are all professional and personal. They made excellent referrals for any issue that was out of their scope. Thank you all so much!

These guys were FANTASTIC!!!!! I had a broken water heater & they were great on the phone, came when they said they would, were friendly & polite, replaced the water heater in a few hours & even put me in touch with someone to fix the damage done by the water leak. I can't recommend them enough & will certainly use them again for any plumbing issues.

Mike Newnom, from Neil Slattery, addressed my leaking faucet issue and repaired it. I was able to get a plumber, despite the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, who was able to readily troubleshoot the problem and repair it. Thank you Mike and Neil Slattery Plumbing! Had to have my water main turned off. He came within 12 hours. He knew just what to do. . Helped an elder lady in Brielle out many times too I use to care for. Good giy!

We scheduled a service call for a seasonal HVAC tune-up and a faucet spray hose replacement for our kitchen sink. As always, great communication from office staff and efficient scheduling. Randy was our service technician. He was polite and made us feel like valued customers. He had great people skills -an overall nice guy!…and was efficient and thorough accomplishing the job! Called to have two toilets repaired. The price was so reasonable. Joe, the technician that came was wonderful. He explained everything, offered suggestions, and was just an all around nice guy. I am very pleased with the service I received! I highly recommend!

I contact Neil Slattery Plumbing on a Friday night as my kitchen sink was leaking and spraying water everywhere. I believe it was was the owner who answered the phone after hours but he walked me through a couple of things I could do before he had someone come to my home. Not only did they work, but he followed up the next morning to make sure everything was working properly. Talk about great customer service!

Excellent HVAC service! Nice to have a live person answer the phone. They gave me great advice over the phone and when I needed them to come over they came over really quickly. Very nice, very professional! Solved my problem. Very reasonable charges.

A+ service. My heat went out on one of the coldest day and they had a technician, Jack come out as soon as possible. He walked me thru step by step what the issue was and he had my heat back up! He was great! I highly recommend using them!

It was a minor problem. We couldn’t get the drain cap off the outdoor shower. Slattery’s associate came and removed it. He also gave tips to keep the shower working properly next season. He was very personable and I was very happy with the service.

There are not enough words to express how amazing Neil and his team are. From the first phone call and throughout the entire experience they went above and beyond. Neil literally crawled through the mounds of snow & ice and was in my crawl space for hours with the temps in the single digits to teens. He was willing to do whatever it took to get my pipes unfrozen, which was not an easy task with the situation. I highly recommend calling Neil Slattery for all your plumbing needs.

We’ve had Neil and his crew do several projects for us. And Neil & crew have always done an excellent job every SINGLE time. They pay great attention to detail and they make sure everything is neat/cleaned up properly afterwards too. From
larger projects such as renovation plumbing work, brand new HVAC setups to our most recent project, a powder room vanity install, their work really speaks for itself.

Super thankful - our heat suddenly stopped working at 6:15 on Saturday night when it was 13 degrees out - called and Ryan was able to get Jack to come out before this terrible storm is supposed to come tomorrow and then a week of frigid temperatures! Jack diagnosed and fixed quickly so our heat came back on! Highly recommend!

I called for an estimate on a new hot water heater and Danielle responded quickly and had a technician at my home in about 1 hour. Ryan reviewed the specs for the new Bradford White unit, and provided competitive pricing. He picked up the unit which was in stock and had it installed in under two hours. Ryan and Randy did a great job with the installation. Amazing customer service—highly recommend

Well... we had no heat in 4° weather. Thank you Jack for coming out the same day to fix our heater. We immediately bought a service contract which was reasonably priced and we plan on having you back to inspect our heater and our air conditioner. I already recommended you to a friend!
