Here's a rewritten review:

We had a contractor for years, but our experience turned sour when the basement flooded due to his neglect of reconnecting the condensation line. He'd checked it off as done, despite knowing better. When we brought it up, he was dismissive and unprofessional, even telling my elderly mother to "sue him." Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this contractor to anyone. Buyer beware - you've been warned.

They did a great job, really knowledgeable and efficient. No hassle at all - they didn't try to push extra work or charge more than needed. Quality is top-notch too - everything's still working perfectly. Highly recommend for any fix-it needs.

Pat fixed our air issue promptly and professionally. Efficient and price-wise, great job. Thanks to Antoniello's for a top-notch service.
