Ronnie Stirpe came to install an igniter in my furnace and new works for my toilet. He took time to hear my description of my issues and fixed them promptly. I always call Craig’ s, because their workers are always efficient and friendly! Young Ronnie was both!

Outstanding work.

I had called for some repairs and they came in with a fair price. They were able to start immediately. The job turned out to be bigger -than I had thought. When all was said and done I got alot more than I expected for the same agreed to price.
I highly recommend them for repairs and have since used them at relative's home for a new heating and cooling system install.
They were able to do the work as soon as the unit was in: during the hottest part of the summer. It was frosty all summer and it is toasty warm now that it's getting cool.
I can do nothing but highly reccomend their work -From experience.

Ronnie Stirpe and Tyler Chamberlain were great. They were professional, friendly and answered all my questions to their best ability.
They came out in the middle of a snow storm to help us out with a clogged sewage main. I cant rave enough about their excellent customer service. Thank you so much guys!

Very unprofessional team. One person gave me an estimate for the job. Another one estimated twice as much and not willing to give explanation.
Previous job was not done properly and had to be partially redone.
Plumber that came over was not willing to protect the carpet or use anything under his boots as he came in and out of my house on a rainy day.
Very poor experience overall for basic pluming services.

I highly recommend Craig’s Plumbing and Heating. I had a leak coming from the roof on the first floor of our home underneath a shower on the 2nd floor and feared the worst. On the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Craig’s who sent out two men who were prompt and professional. They quickly diagnosed where the leak was coming from and made the necessary repairs and then tested the new connections to make sure everything was working properly. The fee was reasonable and well worth it.

My mother called early this morning to request an emergency service to the sewer line which is only 15 feet off of the street. The service tech came out on time, but wanted to charge $685 to perform the service. My mother was never quoted that amount. She was only told that a $150 service fee would be applied to the total charge if there was additional service. Once the tech was present and we refused service due to the exorbitant fee, he demanded the $150 saying that it was non-refundable. Calling the office led to no satisfaction. The company's office is 446 feet from the house and they still say that the fee is non-refundable.

My in laws were coming down to stay with us during Easter weekend and of course the night before they were expected to arrive I had no hot water. I immediately panicked and jumped on Google. Luckily I found Craig's Plumbing! I spoke with a woman by the name of Jill she was super helpful and eased my anxiety. She understood my time sensitive situation and had someone in my basement within an hour!! Reasonable rates and excellent customer service!

I noticed discolored water appearing in my hot water only, as a single mother of two I panicked and needed someone to come out immediately. I called and spoke to a young lady named Jillian she was very professional, helpful, and also very knowledgeable. Which is what I needed because I knew nothing about what was going on with my running water. She asked me all the necessary questions she needed to know before sending someone out to my home. The plumber she sent was very pleasant and thorough and knew his job, he was very informative and explained what the issue was. It wound up being a bad hot water heater. They worked with me, were patient with me and I would definitely hire this plumbing company again. Thanks again Craig's Plumbing.

Great communication, great service. Knowledgeable, respectful. I am really not sure of going Price and what is reasonable but the job has to he done and they got it done. Its worth the price for all the qualities o mentioned above. I definitely would hire them again.

We contacted Craig's on a Sunday morning because our AC unit was not functioning. We didn't expect a service call being as this occurred during a heat wave, expected to be in the lower 90's that particular day. We not only received a call back but had a technician at our door within the hour. Frank showed up with the best possible attitude for someone working on a Sunday morning and was able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutes and have the unit running within a half hour. We couldn't be more happy with the whole experience and highly recommend their services.

DO NOT USE Craig’s Plumbing! They canceled two hours before my appointment. After both me and my husband had to take a half day at work, set up childcare and arrangements to travel to our rental property where we were suppose to fix the issue. I expressed there was a difficult tenant there when I made the appointment and it was important they are on time. They should have said something then that they did not want to deal with a difficult tenant(that’s why the canceled). They did not. They proceeded to charge me and still did not inform me until two hours before when I was already on my way there. Very rude and unprofessional and hung up on me. Could not understand why I was upset.

I called last night to schedule a drain clean for today. Spoke to Melissa who scheduled my appointment, she was professional and courteous. The 2 technicians were friendly, & efficient. I have used Craig's in the past and I highly recommend this company.

Craigs plumbing is my "GOTO" plumber. I've used him for many projects in my home and as a real estate agent, I've recommended him to many of my clients. He's always provided exceptional service at an affordable price. Highly recommend!!!

Extremely FAST response. Left a message on Sunday and Amy called back Monday morning and Bob came in the afternoon to fixed the problem. Reasonable price, they will not try to rip you off. Very professional and Bob is very punctual. You guys are the best!!!!

I had a truly wonderful experience with Central Air Mechanical Corp. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Bob was outstanding — knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Very dangerous driver. Was tailgating me yesterday in stop and go traffic for well over a mile until I changed lanes. Then the driver continued to do it to the driver in front of me after I moved.

Aggressive, dangerous driver. Cut me off through solid lines at high speed right before a stoplight. Makes me wonder how they treat their customers... Might be worth finding a different company.

price is ok / a little on the higher side but they alway fix the problem and have my office hvacs running again so i have total confidence in their repairs. always easy to make appointments and detailed reports are given after the work is done

My air conditioning stopped cooling unexpectedly but the technician quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue Within an hour the cool air was flowing again and the professionalism was top notch
