We had very good service from Russell on a Saturday (the same day we searched for a pro). He cleaned the dishwasher whose filter was full of soap scum. He pulled the dishwasher out and checked it thoroughly. The price was reasonable and Russell was efficient and thorough. We would definitely use this service again.

Russell was very knowledgeable and helpful. Explained and shared everything he was doing. He fixed my dryer and cleaned it as if it was brand new. His rates were very reasonable. Such a pleasure. I called multiple people and they didn't get back to me. These guys got out to us for a broken freezer right away, came and saw what we needed, ordered part,s and was right back to fix our freezer. Technician Russell was very nice and, took pictures of the problems, and explained it all clearly. Thank you!

We just moved into the neighborhood and I called Live Appliances Services to check out the washer and dryer. Scheduling was quick and easy. Russell came out to service and clean the washer and dryer. We hired Live to fix our dishwasher. After about 30 minutes struggling with the dishwasher, the guy asked me to help him pull it out from the wall, seems like they should have sent 2 people. Regardless, I know from this request that there was no damage to my cabinets at that time he called me over. We never actually got it out and by cleaning out the drain hose, he did got the washer working again. No parts replaced....$320 plus the $80 I spend to reserve the appointment. $400 to clean out a hose. Since, the dishwasher has made a lot of noise while working AND we noticed the facing of our cabinets is broken off its frame and a chunk of wood is missing. When I called to complain about this, their solution was to have the guy that did the work call me back. Guess what? He said he didn't do it! Shocker! The guy who broke my cabinet and left my house is now saying he didn't do it....Apparently that is what Live's solution is if one of their guys breaks your stuff. He said he would come over and look at it. So....the guy that said he didn't break my cabinet is going to come look at a broken cabinet and they say Ohhhhhh, that cabinet, of course I broke it! This is dumb and I'm not going to waste my time. I wouldn't hire them again because they don't stand by their work. We have since ordered a new dishwasher since this one is still barely working. We have also had to hire someone to fix our cabinets.

My experience with Russel was exceptional. I called and requested service to install a new gas range for our business. I was given an ETA and Russel communicated every step of the way with updates. He arrived on schedule and provided great service unhooking the old stove and installing the new one. He even gave us a few pointers and things to lookout for with other appliances in our new business. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. We strongly recommend this company for your appliance needs.

Prompt service. Russell will be honest with you when you’re better off getting a new appliance instead of spending more to get the old one fixed. Also for a different appliance, a two-stage fix was needed which required 2 separate visits, and there was no extra charge for the labor or part for the second visit.

The entire experience from start to finish was excellent! We had an issue with our fridge. We were able to make an appointment quickly. When Russell arrived he was able to quickly diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, the part was unavailable anywhere - this is 3 year old Kenmore and we have had multiple issues with it in and now out of warranty. Sears part direct and Kenmore completely unhelpful will never buy this brand again.. Russell even went above and beyond offering to try a similar part for free and not charge if it didn’t work. He really did everything possible to help and we are so thankful. If we ever have an issue going forward with any appliance we will surely be contacting him. Very professional - Highly recommended!!!

As always, excellent service and reliability. Russel called with an ETA on Sunday morning that was accurate. He did the service quickly, and neatly. He asked questions to get information on how I used my AC to better understand what he needed to do on my system. I was expecting to replace the blower which would cost a lot. However, he said that the problem was the capacitor and fixed it a lot cheaper. He is very honest and experienced. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Russell was very professional, clean and neat. Diagnosed the problem with fridge and went right to work. Within 45 minutes the hub was complete and left the area like he was never there. Excellent job.
