I’m very happy with the service provided by Live Appliances Repair Service. My samsung dryer and washer were having issues which were fixed in a couple of hours. Russell gave me a next day appointment, was very prompt and extremely professional in his approach. Easy to recommend him for any appliance maintenance services.

Russell was very professional, efficient, and competent technician. He was honest and friendly.
He came on time and was able to fix the usdue right away. Price was reasonable. I will not hesitate to recommend him to a friend. I was glad we found this company who doesn't rip us off. 😀

Russell from Live Appliance LLC is absolutely fantastic! He is knowledgeable, hard working, timely, honest & communicates well. We have now used him twice for 2 different appliances. He just unfroze our water line in our 14 year old refrigerator in under an hour. He worked on our 15 year old dryer last October, diagnosed the problem and quoted us a price to fix it (it needed a lot of work). We decided it was time for a new dryer and chose for him not to do the work. He was fine with our decision, no pressure otherwise to fix it. You want this gentleman working on your stuff. An added benefit...he likes animals so I didn't have to keep my dog in another room.

Russell came to my house in minutes knew exactly what was causing my LG washer machine to leak. He immediately found the part needed and I expressed that my washer machine was a top priority in my household. Russell lived up to his positive reviews... he was prompt polite, and professional. he checked in before arrival to ensure I was ready for his visit and he arrived on time and ready to address my problem with our dishwasher. He ran diagnostics and checked on a welfare of the machine and determine the only thing at fault was a power supply issue, which was an affordable repair. Russell completed the repairs at a timely manner and provide a contact information for any future issues. I highly recommend you give Live appliance repair a call as many other appliance companies will not repair foreign made appliances for some reason. Our Bosch is the better for it after Russell’s service call.

I don't know how all of the reviews are 5 stars considering I couldn't even get them to provide service. Booked my appointment for a 1-3pm slot. Tech texted me at 12:30pm informing they were on the way. Then they said 2pm... At 2:20pm with no arrival from the tech, I asked for an ETA and they said they would be another 40 minutes. At that point I had to cancel because I had work and already planned my whole day around them coming between 1-3pm. When I called to cancel the person was not remorseful and rushed me off the phone and hung up. The tech also blocked my number after telling them I was unable to wait longer. I wish I could have experienced the great service everyone else got, but they couldn't even communicate with me and arrive on time.

The technician we worked with was great, however, I would not recommend this company or work with them again. I called the company to ask about getting our dishwasher fixed and the company sent a technician to our house before I even agreed to work with them. I contacted the company 4 times asking to speak with a manager and no one ever called me back. Finally, 6 days later when the technician was back to complete the work he called the manager/owner. This person didn’t care at all that I had an issue with his company. No one could tell me directly where the company is based or located or who the owner/manager were. It seems like a very sketchy company.

Our issue was not resolved, the dishwasher is still leaking, and I am awaiting a refund as stated by the technician.

Had the. Come out to diagnose and repair Samsung washer and dryer. Diagnosed and said 688 for parts to repair both. I agreed it was worth. Came to do the work and said washer needed additional 250 plus labor. When I acted surprised, tech had an attitude and said this is a lot work for me. All I can say is be very very careful with this company. I ended up buying a new washer and literally throwing away 340 dollars to this company, which they took.
