Giovanni came to assess my old Sears Kenmore clothes dryer because it wouldn’t start. He was both knowledgeable and polite. When he first looked to assess the problem, he stated that it might be only a switch. I was pretty sure I was going to have to replace the dryer; Giovanni was right. It was a switch. On his way out, he said that he was glad he saved me some money. Great guy!
I also received a follow up call from Immediate Appliance to see if I was satisfied with the appointment. Would definitely recommend this company and Giovanni.

You can count on this company and the owner for any need you have, we started with the wrong foot about our dryer been fix, but the owner personally came to our house and did the right thing and finish the work, that is how you know he cares about his clients and his reputation, thank you so much from our family!!

My technician Giovanni was awesome!! He was very knowledgeable, personable and respectful. He repaired my washer in under an hour even though he had to take most of it apart. If I ever needed it serviced again, I would definitely request him. And I highly recommend Immediate Appliance!

Immediate Appliance Giovanni technician came out to the house and checked out the dryer that I was having a problem with and he explained everything in a way that I can understand it and fixed it without any problems. He was clean, polite, and easy to talk to and I would Recommend this place and this gentleman anytime.

Highly recommend Immediate Appliance for their washing machine repair service. Our washing machine stopped working and we needed it to be evaluated. John, our technician, was really great! Walked us through the entire process and helped get our machine replaced.

My technician, John was very efficient and friendly. As he worked on my dryer he would keep me updated on what was going on. He also saw another problem which was a cheap fix . That saved me from having to buy another dryer.....I also had the pleasure to meet Rob, the owner. He was also very knowledgeable in this business. I opened my Freezer section of my KitchenAid refrigerator and saw the whole bottom was full of “snow”. I called Immediate Appliance this morning and they said someone would be out in the afternoon. Jay, Their tech, arrived after receiving a text that he was on his way. He was very professional, explained everything he was doing, told me what was wrong And Was very honest and forthcoming. He cleaned The coils, and removed what was giving me a problem. Thank you so much Jay for your professionalism and thank you so much Immediate Appliance Repair.

Our 14 year old dishwasher extended heat dry was not drying. I called Immediate Appliance. They responded quickly and sent tech Stephen. They confirmed the appointment on the day he was coming and also called to let us know he was on his way. We have a lot of tech repairmen (from other service providers) over the years for all our appliances but never had such a nice, talented, and professional tech that Stephen was.
He tested for the error code and ordered the part. He returned 2 days later with the part and completed the repair. Immediate sent the same tech who started the repair to complete the repair. We appreciated that very much. The repair was completed successfully and was reasonably priced.

Steve always performs a thorough inspection to find the issue. He provides detailed information and answers all questions. Have had the pleasure of dealing with him many times for different appliance related issues and he always fixes the problem. Highly recommend!

The dispatch staff went above and beyond to immediately accommodate me and before I knew it, their very professional and knowledgeable tech Steven came to the rescue. Fast, friendly and reliable about sums it up. Been having an off and on leak from my refrigerator for a couple months. Asked for a recommendation from my town Facebook group and the only company named was Immediate Appliance Repair and the owner Rob Gerrity. Rob actually reached out to me directly to inquire about my issue and said if they can help to give them a call, which I did. Jay came to my home and listened to my description of the issue. He suspected right away the problem and got to work. I didn’t time him but less than an hour later I wrote a check and all was right with the world, or at least my refrigerator. I am very happy with their service, cost and professionalism. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future, but I’d rather not have to!

Visit 1: The tech came diagnosed the problem and said the part will take a week.

Visit 2: 1.5 weeks later he comes and says he misdiagnosed the problem and needs a different part.

Visit 3: 1.5 later he comes back says they gave him the wrong part.

Viait 4: 1 week later he comes to install correct part. He installs and leaves, 8 hrs later its warmer inside the fridge (75) then in the kitchen(72) (fridge was blowing warm air). When I called Immediate (Bob I think) told me the fridge was supposed to be warmer than the kitchen and it wont cool down because its empty. I called b.s. and told him I was recording the call and he got very nervous and apologetic and said he would send the tech out.

Visit 4: Next day: I had to take off work again to wait for the tech to show up. Just got a call from Beverly the dispatcher who told me 'well sometimes it doesnt work out, but we stand by our work' This is after I have already paid $1300 to these clowns. Zero acountability. They have a very different attitude when talking to men than women. The owner was very condescending to my wife when he spoke to her.

Visit 5: Aug19th fridge stopped working after 3.5 days. We lost another fridge of food thanks to these clowns. Bob at dispatch refuses to refund me and says they cant. Someone else called me and send they would send a tech and if it doesnt work they would take their parts and issue a refund.

These people just want your money they dont care about the quality of work.

I never said I would call you. I said, quote "I wont speak to you again unless its not working." You repeatedly insisted I call you, and I said no. So you are a liar. By the way we had that conversation in front of my doorbell cam so I have it on record

There was zero accountability.
You did not address why the problem was misdiagnosed more the once which lead to a two week delay.

You blamed GE for a parts issue that was related to a part that did not need to be replaced.

You did not address why I had to argue with your customer service person and demand they send the tech back a fourth time.

You claim to be accountable but refuse to acknowledge that this took a month to fix because your tech, and you made mistakes. Fixing what you were paid for is not accountability, that is what you are supposed to do.

Turns out it was a simple fix, out tech, Edward discovered the issue almost immediately. The previous guy screwed up by not putting the spinner back correctly.. Edward was professional courteous and on time...

My husband and I are truly grateful immediate appliance came out the same day we called and fixed the issue.

Had service for washer. When i received the emailed bill it was 253.00 technician replaced hoses that cost 26.00. The job took under an hour. Labor was 238.00 i called to question the 238.00 per hour labor rate. Told a lot of nonsense when I asked for a reasonable revised bill.

The service man ,Giovanni was very knowledgeable and polite , not afraid of my dogs , i would gladly welcome him into my home . I have used Immediate Appliance repair several times and will always call them when I have an appliance problem .

We use Immediate Appliance for all our appliance repairs. They are the best in the business. They were on time, very professional and always fix our issues. We couldn't be happier still after using these guys for 10 years. Thanks again Rob and staff. Highly recommend!
