Giovanni came to assess my old Sears Kenmore clothes dryer because it wouldn’t start. He was both knowledgeable and polite. When he first looked to assess the problem, he stated that it might be only a switch. I was pretty sure I was going to have to replace the dryer; Giovanni was right. It was a switch. On his way out, he said that he was glad he saved me some money. Great guy! I also received a follow up call from Immediate Appliance to see if I was satisfied with the appointment. Would definitely recommend this company and Giovanni.
You can count on this company and the owner for any need you have, we started with the wrong foot about our dryer been fix, but the owner personally came to our house and did the right thing and finish the work, that is how you know he cares about his clients and his reputation, thank you so much from our family!!
My technician Giovanni was awesome!! He was very knowledgeable, personable and respectful. He repaired my washer in under an hour even though he had to take most of it apart. If I ever needed it serviced again, I would definitely request him. And I highly recommend Immediate Appliance!
Immediate Appliance Giovanni technician came out to the house and checked out the dryer that I was having a problem with and he explained everything in a way that I can understand it and fixed it without any problems. He was clean, polite, and easy to talk to and I would Recommend this place and this gentleman anytime.
Highly recommend Immediate Appliance for their washing machine repair service. Our washing machine stopped working and we needed it to be evaluated. John, our technician, was really great! Walked us through the entire process and helped get our machine replaced.
My technician, John was very efficient and friendly. As he worked on my dryer he would keep me updated on what was going on. He also saw another problem which was a cheap fix . That saved me from having to buy another dryer.....I also had the pleasure to meet Rob, the owner. He was also very knowledgeable in this business.
