I had a brand new GE profile induction stove delivered. The drawer was broken and within 24 hours the stove lost power I was lucky enough to have Justin come to the house and he was able to fix the power problem a few days later. The track that was broken on the drawer was delivered to my house, and he came back right away and installed it. I’m so happy with the service that I got from techline and really am thankful that they were able to fix my brand new stove.
Would give them zero if I could! Had a shorted harness. Sent pictures and machine info. Came first time, they thought they were there to fix a dishwasher instead of a clothes washer. Called after 3 days and they said they were waiting for tech to give them Part Numbers needed. I looked them up in less than 5 minutes. Suppose to come today after 4 weeks without a washer. They said they called to reschedule, but then said I didn’t have an appointment today. Still waiting…total incompetence in my opinion!!
First time using Techline Appliance Repair, they were recommended by the fridge maker. Reynaldo M was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing to repair my fridge. Would definitely use again if needed.
The absolute worst! Cancelled 2 appointments at the last minute and charged me twice. “It’s not my problem the technician decided to take the day off. Zero customer service. DO NOT USE
Horrible experience, their only tech in my area came on three different occasions. First was to evaluate my new Electrolux dryer that wasn’t working right. With a nasty attitude, he told me if it gets hot then it works. Meanwhile it took 3 hours to dry one load of laundry. He didn’t put the exhaust hose back on with the correct hardware and taped it back on, so naturally it fell off within two weeks. He came back to put it back on and then decided that he would replace a part of the “working” dryer so we scheduled his third and final visit. He replaced the part and left, about 20 mins later after starting the dryer, it was getting humid in the room so I checked the exhaust hose, and again it was unattached. I called him to get him to come back and put it back together and he said he wouldn’t be doing that, he had to get to his next appointment (even though this one clearly wasn’t finished.) and accused me of detaching it myself and said he would not be coming back to fix it and hung up on me. When I called the company I was told there was nothing they could do, when I asked for the manager I was told she would call me back. An hour later with no call, I called them and spoke to the manager who had no intention of calling me back and told me that I would have to call Electrolux to get a new company to service my dryer. All around bad experience and I would not recommend this headache company to anyone!!!
