Thanks to my insurance company, I was put in contact with PuroClean of Garfield. The water heater was apparently leaking for a long time (months?) that ultimately became apparent with the warping wooden floors in a finished basement. PuroClean was very attentive, responsive, and effective. I was impressed by the effort they put in to ensure that the water was coming from the defective water heater only. They took care of the furniture removal / storage, the removal of the damaged material, and the drying of the remaining undamaged material. Today, after the repair, all is back to normal with zero signs that we ever had a water leak.

George and his team were absolutely amazing!! Very kind and caring!! He explained everything and answered all our questions.
His team came out right away to cover our roof. You’d never know our ceiling was leaking water or ever had water damage. They really did an amazing job and made it look as it looked before the rainstorm damage. Very professional and helpful!! Highly recommended!!

George and Matt are super nice and professional for the service. We had a sewer broke to cause basement water damage, they were referred from insurance company. They keep the good communication all the time and very responsible. Highly recommended!! Later on, we happened to have another painting and carpentry contractor came to estimate the restoration project, also saying we are lucky to find the right team. So, George and Matt are not just good from customer perspective but also have good reputation from peer review!

George and Kristel Kidonis are miracle workers! What we thought was simply an overflowing 1st floor toilet, turned out to be a sewage clog that flooded our main floor and destroyed our basement. Our insurance company connected us to George’s company, and one of their key employees, Matt, was sent that very same day, to start the mitigation, working past 10 PM that night.
As a result of the incident, all our wood floors and partial walls had to be removed.
The workmanship that PuroClean displayed was masterful. Every worker they sent here were experts in their field. Between the basement repair, the new wood floors and walls, the bathroom replacement and the painting, George and his employees made a terrible incident a lot easier to deal with.

George Kidonis and his Team did a fantastic job. Our furnished basement was very badly damaged by a gutter drainage problem. They came immediately, cleaned the basement (looks like new) and fixed the gutter problem. In addition, they inspected our entire basement for potential other issues: Detected a small leakage in the boiler room and fixed this also immediately.
