We called this company to do some work for us at our restaurant! From the first conversation we had with Mike and Bobby, we knew we chose professionals! The job was done for us quickly like we asked! I would definitely recommend this company for any of your construction or minor job needed. Great work, great service, great guys!!

Boy did I get lucky. I needed to have my fence repaired for years, but the estimates I got from fence companies were ridiculous so I gave up. I came across Michael's company and he came over to take a look and give me an estimate. While he was here, I showed him a sidewalk that had lifted because of a tree root underneath and was causing a trip hazard. He said he could lift the sidewalk, cut the root and put it back. This was great, I found someone who could do both. I'm amazed at his talent and ability. I found someone who is multi talented. You just don't find people like this anymore. He credits his Father for teaching him, but unfortunately has passed away. I thank his Father and Michael for helping us.

I never write reviews but I wanted to take the time to get the word out about PRIME….Mike took the time to get to know what we needed in our home, but also what we WANTED. They don’t cut corners and do quality work. Our friends recommended PRIME and we are so grateful they did. Best part is, they leave NO MESS lol. Will absolutely call them again when we (soon fingers crossed) remodel our kitchen!! Get in line!!

If you’re looking for great interior and exterior work, Mike and his team are the absolute best! Not only do they do beautiful work but they also work with customers to bring their vision to life. Mikes kindness, communication and professionalism are also a huge plus. I highly recommend PRIME!

I am so glad I came across Prime Cleaning & Construction during my search to fix pretty extensive water damage and mold issues in my house.

We had a number of companies come in for consultation but hands down, Michael's examination was the most thorough and his quote was the most reasonable and comprehensive. Not only did he fix the source of the problem by sealing the outside, he fixed the water damage/mold on the inside and left our interior looking brand new.

Chris and Village Landscaping were fantastic to work with.

I needed to have work done in the alleyway and backyard to properly drain water away from the property, and repair some siding that had fallen apart over the years. He listened to my concerns, and provided solutions. The end result looks great, and I’m glad to not have to worry about a pond forming against the house during heavy rainfall anymore.

He was communicative, reasonable, and left the property in a clean state. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

I must say. This has been the easiest and fastest transaction I’ve ever had with a company. Hired village landscaping to cut down a bunch of trees that were hanging over our yard and even out the ground in preparation of putting a pool. Chris and his team were great. Fast and efficient with excellent communication. Chris will spend whatever time is needed to ensure you are happy and there are no misunderstandings. Calls and text messages are ALWAYS answered. Had a patio removed and installed and 2 pop-up gutter drains installed in 4 days. I used porcelain pavers for the new patio and the other contractors I consulted didn’t appear to have any experience with it. It was no problem for Village Landscaping. The prep work was also superior to what the others proposed. Plus, the work is guaranteed for 3 years!

We were very pleased with the Village crew! The project involved removal of existing retaining wall, building a new block retaining wall, installing paver patio and fire pit. Chris worked with us as we look into included some changes during the project and provided helpful feedback. His crew was timely and respectful. The project was completed in about a week and a half.

After consulting with a number of other drainage experts, Chris was the only on to come up with a solution to prevent water from getting into my garage. His crew did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the project. Would not hesitate to use Village Landscaping again.

All I can say is chris came he saw the issues I was dealing with, and I had a different contractor try to fix the water drainage issues and failed. Chris assured me he would fix it and also gave us a warranty on the work. All I can say is thank you for all your advice and help . We just had 3 inches of rain in 2 hrs and my basement is dry!!!!!!!

Chris and his team move fast and smart. In less than 3 weeks, our abandoned backyard turned into a beautiful space: all rocks lay nicely next to the property line; ground is leveled with new topsoil/mulch and grass seeds; rain water drains away from the house; and most importantly, a new patio and plants around the house!
While working with Chris, he planed ahead, gave us options with suggestions, and always kept us updated. He really gets the passion and great skills! We are very happy and will work with him again in the future.

I am so impressed and amazed with Chris and his team at Village. The challenges they faced because of the location of my home. They handled it with absolute profession. The finished product " BEAUTIFUL".

Chris is great, he came accessed the issue knew right away what needed to be done to fix our issue. Gave us a great rate for the scope of the work that needed to be done. His guys arrived early and went straight to work completed every task that needed to be done also cleaned up after themselves, you would never know they were back there. Afterwards Chris came back reseeded the dug up area did a final inspection and I can say I' am a satisfied customer. I highly recommend Chris for any landscaping issues you may have.
