Brightness cleaned soft washed our entire house and deck and cleaned the windows. They did an incredible job. It was the 3rd time we had our windows washed over the years and the only one that did them correctly, including the windows on the top floor. Our neighbor saw the before and after and will be calling him to get there house done.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and professionalism from Brightness Window Cleaning. My experience was frustrating from start to finish due to their lack of clear and consistent communication. The information they provide to customers is misleading, and at no point did they offer straightforward explanations or take accountability for the confusion they caused.

A professional company should be transparent, accurate, and dependable—unfortunately, Brightness Window Cleaning fell short in every one of these areas. I expected clarity and honesty, but instead received mixed messages and unprofessional behavior.

I would not recommend this company, and I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve how they communicate and conduct business with their customers.

Our 6 yr old roof was in terrible condition due to 150 yr old oak tree that covers 3/4 of our house. Brightness talked about different cleaning options that protected the integrity of the roof while restoring it to its original condition. Our trust in them to complete the job, which also included windows and house washing, was well founded and we couldn’t be happier. I have an older home with years of built up dirt and dust, and Steven’s team was very careful and respectful as they worked their way through every room.
