I used Continental Maid Service for 7-8 years after several others for my weekly cleaning. I can't say enough. I've moved and I miss them for sure. I wish I could have brought them with me. Thank you for all the years of service.

Having had cleaning services over the past thirty years, there is NO group that has cared for our home as Continental Maid has over the years. The work is done expeditiously, at a good price and consistently mindful of the antiques that garnish our home. They are experts and rate an A + in every area. My first experience with Continental Maid Service was yesterday. They were friendly, professional and did not cut corners. They did a fantastic job!! My house smells and looks terrific!!

Had a great first experience with our first team but TEAM 6 was HORRIBLE! No attention to detail (baseboards, door fingerprints, cobweb in corner still there)! The owner offered me a $35 credit and made a note to ONLY give me Team 10!

Cleaning company that sends a team of 3 people to clean for an hour. I’ve tried his company 4 times.

The first time the team was good but I forgot their team number and couldn’t request them.

The last 3 times it was a true waste of money (I kept trying because each time I complained there was an excuse such as “they’re a new team, we’ll send you a better team best time”)

The last 3 teams I had that I was unsatisfied with actually wiped down surfaces with a dry cloth. Did not throughly clean. I asked one team member to wipe down some streaks on the mirror and she told me I “had ocd” -_-

I don’t know what check list they use but the last 3 actually finished their “cleaning” in less than 35 -40 minutes and left however I still had to pay the full hour and the apartment didn’t even feel clean.

The last time I I used them for a cleaning service 2/3 of the team members said they were done after 30 minutes and left one lady inside going over what they “cleaned” because it was done so poorly.

Ok this part is funny.. when I called the owner Marc to tell him I didn’t feel satisfied and didn’t feel comfortable paying since it wasn’t a good job and just 30 minutes his initial response was “well I’m going to take you to collections if you don’t pay”

That escalated so quickly I just paid and never used this company again.

I have another private cleaning company that I use or I would recommend using task rabbit

I was very impressed with the great job my team did. It was my first visit and I spent a couple of minutes with chrismar to tell her where to focus. MY house smelled so clean after they left. My shower door looked as good as new. They also got a stain out of my bathroom floor. I look forward to having them come again.

The service from Continental Maids is very good. I have been using Team 3 for a few months and the girls are real nice and focus on my specific needs. They do a really nice job and I feel really comfortable with them. I highly recommend..

Continental maid came and went above and beyond. The team made my bathrooms spotless and did so with a smile! The team truly worked the entire time and asked me for specific needs/wants. My house felt brand new!!

I seldom take the time to write reviews, but I found it necessary after my experience with Continental Maid Service. Based on my limited availability, Dawn was determined to find a time slot that would meet my needs. The team was scheduled to arrive Saturday morning, and they were punctual. I did not stay in the apartment during the cleaning, but upon my arrival, it was refreshing and spotless to say the least. Mr. Kevin has been an integral part of making sure I had exactly what I needed from the beginning of my inquiries. Highly recommend, would definitely use again. Keep up the great work!

I’ve had only great experiences with Continental Maid service. They are always prompt and do an amazing job cleaning my house. They always attend to any specific requests we make and do a superb job with them. Other maid services we’ve used were sloppy and we never felt that the house was as clean as it is after Continental Maid comes to our house. Nothing but accolades for them and we’ll continue to use. My sister became a client of Continental in 2024. The quality of work of the team in the company is very high,the workers work quickly and conscientiously, are very friendly and respond to my sisters wishes without irritation. Many thanks to the manager of organization Kim:polite, briefly and clearly explaining the scope of work that the arriving team must perform, very attentively responding to requests. In my opinion,the work of the teams depends to a large extent on the company management.

I have been using Continental Maid since the fall of 2018. I've required more help and less help over the years, but they always fill my needs!
They do an excellent job. They clean everything, follow any specific direction/request you have, clean-up after themselves, and the office has excellent communication through calls/text messages. Since they come in teams, they are able to accomplish the tasks rather quickly and you can move your day on.
I have no complaints about any of the "teams" they have sent my way.

This is the best cleaning service I have had living in New Jersey for over 40 years. They are polite, professional, and detail oriented. You will not go wrong with this company.

Terrible experience. They missed entire rooms during cleaning and left trash behind. I expected a professional service but got subpar results. Not recommended.

Terrible service. Hired them for weekly office cleaning and they consistently missed spots, didn't take out trash, and left bathrooms dirty. We had to re clean after they left.
