Completely unprofessional!!! Spoke to a woman Marta to make consultation appt. for cleaning service of my home. She reassured me they had crew to handle 4000sq ft. Upon arrival to my home I took her up and down 3 flights of stairs (I’m 9.5 months pregnant) she asked how often I needed cleanings and said she with be in touch with her quote after the weekend. She never called. When I reached out a few days after that she said she “was driving” and would call right back. Well she never did. Not even to let me know it was too much work for them. Do not hire these ppl if you expect professionalism and follow through

Marta’s girls were great. Hired them to deep clean our kitchen and 2 bathrooms, which were filthy after we bought our house and all the comings and goings of moving in. They cleaned them very well. Couldn’t be happier!

I have had several cleaning companies n cleaning professionals over the years and this company is by far the best I have ever had. Very nice to work with, accommodating and professional. The team always left my house sparking clean. They are not afraid to clean even when house is cluttered (I have kids n dogs.) I cannot say enough nice things.

We were very pleased with Marta and her team's work with cleaning up our townhouse before we moved in. I had heard good things about their services and after using them, we were happy with the results. We'll be using them again in the future when the situation calls.

I’ve been using NJ cleaning services since Aug 2019 on a new construction townhome. Marta came and did an initial quote for a deep cleaning post construction and then for cleanings every 3 weeks. My home looked spotless every time they left! Marta is very responsive to all text messages and she texts reminders of when the cleaning staff is scheduled. Cleaning staff is very kind and friendly! I am very pleased with the services and communication.

The prices are a little high (emphasize the word "little"), but it's totally worth it. I had them come every other week on Monday's (they tend to offer discounts on Monday's) and they were always great and professional and helpful. I was able to joke with them and (unless the regular crew was on vacation) had the same lead woman for 2 years. There were a few times when I had to point out a few things specifically, but they were more than happy to take care of it. I always had them change my sheets as well. They are happy to use whatever products you would like, or they can provide their own. The owner, Marta, always texted me to confirm the appointment and let me know what time they would be there (it fluctuated sometimes). They not only took my garbage out, but also took out all of my recycling too. I'm sorry to not be able to use them anymore (I'm relocating), but I really can't say enough about this team!

The cleaning staff as well as the administrative staff and the owner are all wonderful and professional. Always on time and very good at what they do.

The cleanest house I have ever seen! My house was literally sparkling and smelled so clean! The girls were professional and did a phenomenal job. I could not have asked for any better and am very pleased with this company. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area.
