2 years ago I was looking for a cleaning service after moving to my new house. New Jersey Cleaning Services was recommended to me by my co-worker. After the first visit my house was spotless! They were very professional, quick and efficient. They have been cleaning my house since then.
I highly recommend them. They are great.

We hired New Jersey Cleaning Services to clean our new house before we moved in. They were very responsive and professional, and they did a wonderful job cleaning. They communicated with me throughout the day about trouble areas in the new house, which I really appreciated. Would definitely use their services again!

When I spoke with owner she seemed very confident that they can do the cleaning on my house. The price was reasonable for a professional cleaning service and Marta was very pleasant. They did a good job with the windows and were very nice girls. But, the girls who came to clean are very young and do not seem to be professionals. I saw how they dust surfaces and clean the floors and it was very fast and not thorough. When Marta asked me about the service after it was done, I told her they did not pay enough attention to detail and she said it’s becuase it’s a lot of work. I understand it’s a large house and a lot of work but that is the point of doing the walkthrough and if it’s too much for 2 people then she should have arranged for 3 people to come. Or alternatively I would have paid more money for them to stay longer but actually do a thorough and professional job. Also I heard constant banging from the vacuum hitting my furniture and walls. Overall I would say it was good and I’m happy I didn’t have to clean myself but there is definitely room for improvement.

I just recently had my house cleaned after our house renovation and they did a great job! Marta returned my call right away, and we were able to schedule a time and day for them to come within the same week of me calling them. They were on time, very professional and did a great job cleaning my home. I highly recommend New Jersey Cleaning Service.

Marta and her team were very professional & on time. She responded to my inquiry within less than 24 hrs and settled upon a date quickly. They cleaned my 1bedroom apartment very nicely and everything smelt clean and fresh when done.

We hired New Jersey Cleaning Services to do a deep cleaning on a home we purchased and renovated and they did not disappoint. The bathroom in particular needed a good scrub all around and we were impressed with the quality of their work. Marta, head of the company, had come by to do a walk through beforehand to give us an estimate and she was attentive to our needs and provided an estimate that was accurate down to the time the cleaning would take. The ladies arrived right on time the day of our cleaning and completed the job in the time frame estimated. We will be using them again for future cleanings.

Marta and her team did a fantastic job cleaning my townhouse right before my move-in. The house looked like new. Marta also provided me pictures of a few stains that could not be cleaned. I really appreciated having that pointed out to me. They also have a smooth and efficient process.

My husband and I hired NJ Cleaning Service over a year ago and we have been nothing but satisfied with them. Marta is very professional and communicates with us a few days prior to each cleaning as a reminder that they are coming.

I contacted the company and they emailed me back very quickly. Marta came on time to do a quick consultation. We walked through my home and she made note of everything I said, paying very close attention to the details. She was extremely professional and kind. She gave me the quote the next day and within days, my home was cleaned. I was out of the house when they cleaned because I had a very long day. What I can say is, it was INCREDIBLE to come home to a sparkling clean home that smelled soooooo good! As soon as I opened the door, it was immediate relief and satisfaction. They cleaned very thoroughly and nothing was out of place, missing or broken. I have heard of horror stories with other cleaning companies, like picture frames getting knocked down and breaking. Found them on the web had a rental property that the tenants left dirty and needing a deep clean... Marta was a few minutes early for our walk through (always a good sign). She was very professional and we outlined the project. She stated she would have a quote to me within 30 minutes and she delivered. I had 2 other services scheduled to quote as well... I explained that to her and i would let her know. I contacted her after business hours and she got me on the schedule for the next day wow! The three cleaners arrived a few minutes early in the mist of the storm we had today amazing.... They all jumped into action and worked on the project in an organized manner... the results were amazing and i am completely satisfied with the outcome. The rates are in line with the industry and the workers were professional courteous and hard working. I would recommend them to anyone needing a cleaning company and will absolutely use them going forward.
