A friend recommended I call Matrix after we had several other companies over and none of could fix the problem. (they seemed more interested in selling us a new system.) Kevin came and found and fixed the system the first time at a very reasonable price. We appreciate great service and would recommend Matrix for any of your heating and cooling needs.

I had a HVAC system installed by Matrix heating and cooling. My system was 10 yrs old and was very inefficient. Kevin came and gave me an estimate and sold me on a very efficient system. They did a SUPER job. They give me a free estimate and Great Price.The system installed even lowered my electric bill. saving me more $$$.They are Professional, Fair and when the install is complete the work area is let clean. Our furnace was going into total failure, even the thermostats. Kevin came in, gave a full evaluation of the system and let us know our options. Instead of selling us an entire furnace as some tried to do, we were given various scenarios in how to get us back up and running. Kevin was very economical, thorough, and got us back up and running with no issues. He knows his stuff, he is fair, and we give him our full trust.

Kevin is the absolute best! We had a complex AC installation and he did a fantastic job. He did it the right way, was extremely communicative throughout the process, and went above and beyond for us. I have been doing my own plumbing and homeowner repairs for the last 30 years.
Sometimes you don’t know who you can trust..
There are times when a repair is beyond my skill set. I meant to write this review last year, when Kevin helped me with an emergency repair (during PEAK demand for plumbers, in winter heating season.) He came in with very little notice, and did an electronic component repair to the furnace, that another plumber was not able to do.

Today, He came for a similar repair. Turns out it was not needed. Another Plumber could’ve taken advantage of this, but Kevin did not

He told me EXACTLY what to do to keep my system running & went over detailed suggestions for future PM..

Beyond that, I found him to be easy-going and very patient in explaining. I have used a lot of plumbers in my life, but can happily say I feel Kevin’s analytical skills put him at the top of his field. His honesty and candid personality is just icing on the cake. (You see this as a central theme in his reviews), and I for one can tell you that it’s true.

My knowledge of plumbing is more than most people, but I think it’s especially important for people who may be starting on a project, (and spending a lot of money), to call Kevin first. He’s a straight shooter, and I respect his honesty. Very grateful for his help and advice.

Kevin is amazing! He installed our air conditioning in our home which is over 100 years old and it has been working beautifully. We had one issue 7 years later and he came out immediately and fixed it during a thunderstorm. And then checked in with us Days later to be sure that it was still working well. We wholeheartedly recommend Kevin and matrix heating and cooling.

I had a major problem with my boiler system controls - 4 thermostats/zones. Kevin performed extensive diagnostics and completely rewired the spaghetti like mess and installed a new control panel, plus new thermostats. Incredible job working well!
