Very grateful they were able to come out same-day when our AC stopped working in 90 degree weather! The tech was honest & not salesy. He fixed our AC and took time to explain the issue thoroughly. Would recommend!

I absolutely love C&D cooling. Have been using them for 15 years. They are very professional. I am on their maintenance program and they always stay on top of their appointments. I had an urgent issue with my air conditioning and it was in the middle of a heat wave and they came out same day. I highly highly recommend them

Had the A/C (split duct) serviced and cleaned today. Tech came. Really nice guy. Explained everything. Tuned up the unit and is all good to go. Great Job!

Have used them for years without complaint nor regret. (And we're seniors who others often think they can take advantage of. Steve never tries any such thing.)

I’ve not used C&D until today, but glad I did! I have a gas fired Weil McLeon steam furnace, which runs well, but not many HVAC companies know steam furnaces, but Steve, the owner, does! He properly diagnosed the problem I’ve had bye to extremely loud bangs my furnace gives off at varying points along it piping distribution course and will have the fix to that problem very soon (parts needed)! In the meantime, the furnace is heating the home. Personable and polite, just as is his tech, Alex (whom folks call Al)! Good peeps!

Ryan is always very personable and informative. Both he and Tyler did a nice job inspecting our furnace. This was done under our comfort care plan. No charge.

I had a refrigerant leak in my AC unit. Several other companies were estimating a week to a month to fix it. C&D was able to find a replacement coil right away and had my unit running in two days. Their techs were knowledgeable, professional, and answered all our questions. Very happy with their work!

They also provided multiple price options for the parts needing replacement. The 2 units were repaired much more quickly than expected. Will definitely be using again.

Called about service on my 2 HVac systems. The technician was very professional, heard all my concerns. Once done servicing the units, he explained the maintenance process. I am interested in air treatment system which he also explained. Overall, I am very satisfied with the maintenance and will use C and D cooling and heating yearly for both heating and cooling maintenance.

The tech (Ryan) that came out today to do our bi-yearly HVAC cleaning was wonderful. He explained the costs of the cleaning, he advised replacing a furnace component and clearly explained the reason and the urgency (not very but eventually will need to be taken care of within next 3-6mos) as well as the costs involved. He diagnosed a problem with a unit sold and installed by another vendor and gave me and clear estimate as well. Great guy, friendly and obviously competent in his work. Will be using C&D again.

I had a great experience getting a new mini split installed. When I met Steve I felt confident that C&D was the right company to work with because he was knowledgeable about the options and technology and easy to talk to. Every person from C&D who came to my house or talked to me on the phone was great. Zero problems.

C&D Cooling and Heating installed a separate zone for us to solve the problem of cold rooms over our garage. They were easy to work with, providing a reasonably priced quote. The team was very professional, discussing options with us, testing the system, helping us to connect the thermostat to our phone and cleaning up. Great experience, highly recommend!

Great service and excellent pricing. Tech came out to my house on a holiday within 30 mins of reaching out via phone to take a look at my HVAC system as the furnace wouldn’t kick in. We had an unusual event during the snowstorm this past weekend. All of a sudden we noticed the condenser fan on our AC unit turned on, our AC was off. A Technician, Jordan, was sent to trouble shoot. Our HVAC system and Thermostat are state of the art, apparently they were not “communicating “ with each other. After some evaluation of the system, Jordan was able to resolve the issue and correct the problem. We have always been impressed by the technicians and service provided by C&D, trying to solve problems and save costs, rather than insisting a new system is needed. Thank You!!

Very responsive, Kaitlyn texted me after hours to let me know they would be in touch after 8 am the next morning. She called even earlier than that and set up an appointment for the afternoon. Jordan arrived on the earlier end of the time frame given and was very knowledgeable and professional. We’re having our new furnace installed on Friday. So far, so very good!
