The only thing I can say is: THEY WERE FANTASTIC!!!!! I will definitely use them again.

Wow I’m so impressed with Merry Maids! My apartment is spotless thank you so much!!!!!

Merry Maids did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them!

OMG! Over the top cleaning!! The ladies even weegeed my terrace windows and I didn’t even ask for them to!!

Nice people and fast workers! Good job!

They usually come around the time they say. they do a good thorough job and if I asked them to do something extra they do it willingly.

Merry maids the ladies are very professional very very friendly and they do excellent work and I am very satisfied!

They are always prompt and efficient. My apartment is always clean.

In spite of the fact that my daughter showed up to put a piece of furniture together, they did Great!

I have used them 2 times so far!! They are amazing I can not believe I waited so long to try them ! I am now a steady customer

We have only had our initial clean however, the associates were courteous and professional . Our is clean and we are looking forward to our next regular clean

they're very good and fast. come in teams of 2/3. they don't come the same time every day though. but are always done in 1-2 hrs.

Such a wonderful company! Always on time and pleasant, not to mention terrific at keeping my home clean. Highly recommend!

WARNING.....DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! THEY WERE NICE OVER THE PHONE, SENT 2 GIRLS TO DO A FIRST TIME CLEANING. 4 HOURS LATER, BARELY A THING WAS DONE. AFTER ARGUING WITH THE CLEANERS THAT THINGS WERE NOT CLEAN AND THEM SAYING "YES, CLEAN", I CALLED THE OWNER TO COMPLAIN. THE CLEANERS WERE INSTRUCTED TO LEAVE BY THE OWNER AND I WAS CHARGED $600 FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. HAD TO DO EVERYTHING AGAIN MYSELF. THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE ABSOLUTELY TRUE. I MADE THE MISTAKE AND DIDNT LISTEN. IF YOU USE THIS SERVICE, YOU'LL REGRET IT.

Excellent staff, very professional, thorough and hard working. I was very impressed. My home was spotless and I will always use them and recommend them

Do yourself a favor and keep searching for a maid service. I was on the every 2 week program. Poor service from the manager Gina and the ladies that came to the house. Not worth the $$. Don’t be fooled….find a cleaning person from a referral instead of google.

The cleaning ladies are fast and thorough!

Very efficient, professional conduct and very respectful of property and personal effects. Products used are environmentally safe and effective. Thank you for a job well done!!

From booking the appointment to the day of cleaning everything went perfectly. I needed a vacant home cleaned after moving and they made it sparkle like new. I am so glad I chose Merry Maids of Bergen county.

They charged me $300 and did nothing. I hired them to clean an empty prior to my move-in. I found hair in the master tub, a urine ring in the toilet, debris on the hardwood floors, and my feet turned black while I walked around the hardwood floors two days after I moved in. They offered to return and clean again, but I cancelled because they were just going to do nothing again. Huge waste of money, and I regret ever securing their business.

So far I have had the first cleaning which includes washing the interior windows, sills, cleaning the oven interior and refrigerator interior. The women do not just dust around objects on tables; they actually pick them up and dust underneath them. It is worth the cost. I am looking forward to the "Merry Maids' next visit very much.
