This company went above and beyond for our family and I am so grateful. I am highly satisfied and pleased with the work completed by Julio. He showed up on time and took the time to explain each step of the cleaning process and was thorough with his cleaning. I look forward to working with this company in the future!

I had a gentleman named Julio and his assistant I did not catch her name. Both were very professional and hard working. Julio was thorough in checking the pipes and cleaning everything out including a large bird nest. He even found a pipe that was not connected and resolved the issue. I can not thank him enough for his hard work, professionalism, and honesty. Now I can rest assure that everything is functioning properly. Prices are very affordable too.

I recently had my air ducts and dryer vent cleaning by Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning, and I couldn't happier wth the result. From start to finish Juan Ortiz (the technician who came in) was professional, courteous and efficient. He arrived on time (he even called me to let me know he was 20 mins away), set up all his equipment and explained the process clearly. He took him a little less than 2 hours to complete the job (three stories townhome).
Overall, I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to improve their home's air quality and efficiency. Great job and great service.

Just had my air ducts cleaned and was amazed at how much dust had accumulated in the system. However, what impressed me the most was the care and attention the tech - Juan Ortiz provided. He was so professional in his regard for me and my home, he commanded my confidence. I’d also like to thank Constantine for taking the time to explain the process during the scheduling. Because this was my first time/experience and it went so well, I will use Lowe’s again.

2nd time using this company for duct cleaning in my home. Very professional and courteous. Thorough job and they show you before and after pictures as well as the vacuum filter of everything they pull out of your ducts. Recommend.

Lowe’s did an amazing job cleaning out our dryer vent. Went in through the inside and the outside of the house to make sure the vent was completely cleared. Super impressed and the tech that came out could not have been more courteous. 5 Stars!!!

We got our vents cleaned by Ivan and he did a fine job as far as I can tell. He arrived within the time window we were given. The only qualm I had is he gave my husband attitude when my husband informed him we had a second floor in our cape cod style home, telling him rudely that the top floor needs to be done first. His attitude about it was rather unprofessional, especially considering this is our first two story home and we weren’t aware top vents need to be done first. We didn’t pay to be treated like idiots. Then after the service,
Ivan kept pressing my husband to leave him a good review because his commission depends on it and his wife likes to spend money. Again, rather unprofessional. But again, the job he did was satisfactory, ultimately what we paid for, hence the 3-star rating.

Other companies quoted me 2 times the price and Javier was great so friendly and worked the whole time he was here not stopping til he was finished. He was very thorough and process was clean. I picked them based on family owned and the reviews that I read online.
