Janitorial reviews in Hackensack, New Jersey

Use them for office cleaning and they are sensational. Chris and Sean are extremely helpful and communicative. If you need office cleaning I would highly recommend them.

Very responsive (returned my initial call on a Saturday) and very communicative throughout. Very fair and competitive price. Had a whole house deep cleaned for an elderly person. Very thorough job and great workmanship. Left the place good as new. The crew on site was hard working, friendly and kind. Great experience overall. Thanks!

Cleaning World did such a great job! stripping and waxing the floors giving it again a brand-new look. The ease of communication with the team is to be commended as well, they've accommodated us on the schedule requested and when we had to changed and move it to another day. We couldn't be more satisfied. Great job!

Amazing! We just had our wood floors refinished from Cleaning World they look better than I ever imagined. We live in an older home and I feel like I just installed all new wood floors. Professional service top notch work very little dust. Highly recommend. Call to schedule your floors today!

I've been using Cleaning World for services at the commercial properties I oversee, and their work has been consistently outstanding and highly professional. Chris and Gregg maintain excellent communication and are always very responsive. Their team is respectful, hardworking, and reliable. I highly recommend Cleaning World—they are a great company to work with.

We were in need of a serious deep cleaning of a residential property where long term tenants had just moved out. After an initial phone call with Chris, we continued communicating via text with pictures so he could accurately assess our needs. Chris was extremely responsive and quickly put together a comprehensive quote/plan for our situation. We finalized all the paperwork late on a Friday afternoon and were scheduled for cleaning the following Monday. Jose and other cleaning techs arrived on time and began working. Jose communicated with us throughout the day and even gave us a courtesy call as requested when the work was completed. Cleaning World, Inc exceeded our expectations from the initial phone call through completion of what we considered a very challenging cleaning task. We were so fortunate to have found them and highly recommend their services!

We have been using Cleaning World for several years, and they continue to impress us with their reliability, professionalism, and quality of service. Whether it's routine cleaning or more specialized projects, their team consistently delivers excellent results.

The staff is courteous, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and we’ve come to trust them as a dependable partner for our cleaning needs.

We highly recommend Cleaning World to any business looking for a cleaning company that truly stands behind their commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you for your continued great service!

Outstanding Cleaning Service!

I used Cleaning World, Inc. for a big clean out at my Mom's house, and I couldn't be happier with their services! From the moment I first contacted them, their customer service was incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to understand my specific needs and scheduled a cleaning at my convenience.

The team that came to my home was punctual, thorough, and extremely detail-oriented. Wilson, Franco & Santiago transformed my space into a spotless haven, paying attention to areas I would never have thought to clean myself. They even went above and beyond to ensure everything was organized and fresh-smelling!

I highly recommend Cleaning World, Inc. for anyone looking for reliable, efficient, and top-notch cleaning services. They truly go the extra mile, and I will definitely continue to use them for all my cleaning needs!

Had two very dirty bathrooms. One person came in and finished cleaning both bathrooms, ceiling to floor, within 2 hours of being there. We were very impressed and satisfied. Highly recommended and will be scheduling again for future services!

We used Cleaning World to deep clean our hard wood floors. We were only going to do the first floor to see how it came out, but we decided to add the second floor while they were there. We are so happy we had them done, I only wish we did it sooner! Wilson and Jose were great and handled everything! I would definitely request them again if we had more work done. The price was right, and I’m very happy with the experience! :)

Everything about my home cleaning experience was perfect. My initial contact was with Jon who took the time to visit my home and explain what his company would do to make my house as clean as new. The crew Melvin and Wilson arrived on time and went right to work. They used brushes and power wash nozzles to get all the dirt and mold off. They scrubbed from the gutters to the bottom of the siding. Even the price that I was charged was exceptional. If you need any cleaning, call Cleaning World. You won't be disappointed.

I only have positive things to say about my experience from beginning to end with Cleaning World. I had a very sensitive situation. My uncle"s house was desperately in need of a deep clean in a very timely situation. I spoke with Chris and he was sensitive to my situation and sent John to give me an estimate within 1.5 hours. They were able to schedule a full team to clean the house 2 days later. The cleaning team spent numerous hours at the house, staying past the time originally anticipated, making sure the job was complete before they left for the day. They fulfilled my wishes and restored the house to its intended look. I was in constant contact with Chris and the workers at all times. They all responded to my texts and calls in a timely manner. I highly recommend Cleaning World.

Cleaning World Pressure washed and cleaned the exterior and windows of my home and did an absolutely amazing job !!!! They worked very clean and efficient. Their staff was polite and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was 100% perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are the only ones I use.

Cleaning world was very good, they were on time and cleaned and vacuumed before they left. The three men that were there were compassionate for our loss and very friendly. I would hire them again.

Cleaning world did a 24 hour notice restoration of hard wood floors after construction in my commercial space. The job was fantastic. Can't recommend them enough!

I used Cleaning World to help me get rid of some trash I had from cleaning out my house. I needed it taken rather quickly. They came the same day and did an excellent job. They took everything with no issues and I didn’t even have to be there for them to do it. Their customer service was fantastic in helping me get what I needed. I would highly recommend them for any job as they are fast, thorough, and professional.

Great company to deal with, extremely reasonable prices. Cleaning World has been cleaning our office for years and have never had a complaint. Highly recommend using them!

What a wonderful experience! I received a quote within minutes of a walk through the house. Was able to get scheduled the following day and they were prompt, efficient and thorough. The workers arrived and were respectful and hard working. I couldn’t believe how quickly the team worked and they did an amazing job. Thank you so much!!!
