Janitorial reviews in Hackensack, New Jersey

We changed to Cleaning world earlier this year and i have to say we are very pleasantly surprise and happy with the services being received. the office is visibly cleaner and when the cleaner runs out of any product she leaves me notes to find on my desk. i am very satisfied and would definitely recommend to anyone who asks.

Cleaning World is a fantastic company that are always professional and courteous. Andres and his staff do a tremendous job ensuring that multiple locations are always clean and we never have to worry about presenting the highest standard. **** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ****

I have never met a more compassionate and talented organization than Jon and his team at Cleaning World. The magic they worked on carpets I never thought would ever be clean is nothing short of miraculous. The results were a 10/10—and so was the customer experience.

If you’re looking for a company that not only delivers on what they promise but exceeds expectations, all while treating their customers like gold, this is the team. Highly recommend!

They did an absolutely amazing job with my mother’s place. Looks beyond brand new. They really gave my family a second chance at life it feels like. Everyone was so professional and friendly every step of the way. Can’t recommend these guys enough

Our Company used Cleaning World on a special project and they were outstanding with both communication and effective cleaning. Impressive truck fleet prepared to tackle anything we requested and a professional friedly staff to work with. I would use them again. Thank you.

Cleaning World Inc. did a really beautiful job on the post-construction clean in our new home. Everything was squeaky clean, and one of our bathrooms was practically unrecognizable! I can’t believe how dirty it was 😂. They were efficient, communicative and were also really accommodating with some niche requests I had. Would definitely use them again for future jobs. Thanks team!

Fantastic job from beginning to end! Tony. In the office, gave us a super accurate quote and sent Santiago and Ariel to do the garage and basement haul away and then a clean up. They were polite, industrious and did a superb job, making sure everything was done to perfection. We plan on hiring Cleaning World again soon for a whole house cleaning, knowing how truly happy we are with their work. I highly recommend this wonderful and caring company, and thank you all for answering all our questions with patience and knowledge. You are truly amazing and expert at helping homeowners with all their needs. We are so grateful to have found you!

I don’t usually write reviews, but the experience with this company deserves to be shared. They recently completed a full clean-out of my family home — a place filled with decades of memories, some joyful, some painful, all deeply personal. From the moment they arrived, I felt an immediate sense of relief. They didn’t just walk into a house; they walked into my family’s history, and they treated every room, every item, and every moment of the process with genuine care and respect.

What could have been an overwhelming and emotional task became manageable because of their kindness, patience, and professionalism. They checked in with me constantly, made sure I felt comfortable with every step, and never once treated anything like “junk.” They understood that this wasn’t just a job — it was a transition, and for my family, a very difficult one.

Their team moved with both efficiency and compassion. They worked incredibly hard, but never rushed us. They listened. They understood. And in the end, they gave us something priceless: peace of mind. The house looked better than I could have imagined, and the weight I’d been carrying for months finally felt lighter.

I’m truly grateful for everything they did. If you are facing a home clean-out, especially one tied to loss or big life changes, I cannot recommend this company enough. They brought dignity, empathy, and professionalism to a process that could have been heartbreaking. 5 stars doesn’t seem like enough!

I cannot say enough good things about Cleaning World! We recently moved into our new house and desperately needed a deep clean, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations.

The level of detail and quality of their work is simply incredible. I had tried every cleaning solution imaginable on some stubborn stains on our countertops with no success - Cleaning World removed them completely! I honestly can't believe how amazing everything looks now.

Yes, it's an investment - this service isn't cheap. But it is seriously worth EVERY single penny. The transformation of our home was remarkable, and the peace of mind knowing it's been thoroughly and professionally cleaned is priceless.

If you're on the fence about hiring them, don't hesitate. Whether you're moving into a new place or just need a thorough deep clean, I would recommend Cleaning World.

The Cleaning World crew just completed tile and grout cleaning and grout coloring for my bathroom floors, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. Chris was very responsive, professional and informative. The 2 gentlemen from the cleaning crew actually showed up early, and their work was meticulous and beautiful. Both of my bathroom floors look brand new now thanks to Cleaning World. If you need a cleaning company for your home or business, I cannot recommend Cleaning World highly enough!!

Ive owned my CrossFit Gym since 2012 and have used well over a dozen cleaning services.

You don't need to look any further. I highly recommend this amazing company.

I highly recommend Cleaning World. My family has been using their services yearly, and after seeing the wonderful job they do, they have been hired by many of our neighbors on the same street.

I get my home soft-washed every year, and it looks great every time—it's the perfect way to start the spring with a fresh feel. They have also competently handled resetting the pavers around the inground pool at my parents' house. The job was beautifully done and they even fixed drainage.

Cleaning World is competent, timely, and clearly determined to do a great job. I recommend them wherever I can.
