Reviews of local pros in Hackensack, New Jersey

Was introduced to Bergen Cleaning and Erika over a year ago, by a good friend. Best recommendation ever! Attention to detail and customer satisfaction are not tag lines. Erika asks every week... How was everything? Anything you need done differently? Her staff is amazing. Professional and fast, but totally through. Don't mistake fast for lack of attention or quality of work. They just know what they are doing and how to do it efficiently. Photo of my favorite thing she does as a final touch!

We couldn’t be happier with Bergen Cleaning Solutions and its owner, Erika. She and her team care for our synagogue with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine respect for the space. Everything is always spotless—from the sanctuary to the social hall—and Erika is a pleasure to work with: reliable, responsive, and dedicated. Highly recommended for any community or religious space!
Thank you!

"I've had an amazing experience with Erika💖
She's incredibly thorough, professional, and trustworthy. I feel completely comfortable leaving my house in her care, and she always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is spotless. I highly recommend her services!"

Erika and her team completed a deep clean in my home after our contractor finished interior work related to building a deck and installing sliding doors. I was nervous about having my infant in the home after the construction. Erika and her team came in and worked wonders immediately on the same day the contractors completed the work! This made it safe for us to bring our daughter back home to sleep in her own nursery immediately. They were even careful to clean our little one’s nursery with safe solution. We were so impressed with the team’s work. They were thorough and detailed. They didn’t miss a single spot in our home, and went above and beyond to ensure the house was perfect before we returned. We will continue using Bergen Cleaning Solutions and highly recommend them.

Erika was great! Very nice and professional. She and her team were quick and efficient. Totally recommend.

This company has always provided top notch cleaning. They even move the furniture to get behind the hard to reach places. Our house always smells wonderful after. I appreciate being able to text Erica directly to schedule cleanings. We look forward to the team coming each month!

Erika and her team are professional and caring. They have been cleaning my house for four years and we trust her. She pays attention to the fine details.

Hired Erica and her team in April … very friendly & did a great job. Her team were definitely hard workers, was very happy with the service, house smelled so clean. She gives you a list of supplies to provide, easy system. Was a little frustrating that there was some inconsistencies with the schedule/time. But Had to discontinue our service in September because I was unhappy with the way Erica handled things after a sentimental item was broken by her team. It may not have been an expensive item, but it was important to us, & has been in the same location for more than 10 years. Yes, accidents happen, but she seemed surprised that I got upset, & as a result, opted to cancel.

Erika and her team are polite and professional. She responds to questions, and concerns in a timely manner. We have used this cleaning service and are very pleased with their work! We recommend to anyone needing a cleaning service.

Bergen Cleaning Solutions is a must! The process from start to finish was great. Erika gives you a detailed estimate of what is needed after the initial house visit unlike other companies that have never seen your house until arriving. The price is reasonable and worth every penny! We are definitely going to be using them again for our regular cleanings.

Erika and her team completed a deep clean in my home. The service was superb. The members of the team are extremely knowledgeable and professional. My home is spotless. I am so pleased with the level of service that I requested Erika and her team to come back every week.

Erika and her team are so professional! Every communication has been friendly and accommodating. The services are incredibly thorough and my house is always sparkling clean! Would definitely recommend!!

We’ve been using Erika for 6 years now and my wife and I are very happy. Erika can always accommodate our schedule and the house looks spotless. The price is very fair. Her team is professional and so kind. 100% would recommend her services to anyone.

Erika and her team are absolutely amazing! They’re professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Erika is so kind & easy to communicate with - she graciously accommodated me on short notice and made the whole experience stress-free. I’m so grateful to have found her—she and her team made my daughter’s apartment sparkling clean from top to bottom and “move-in ready”. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-quality cleaning team you can really trust.

Erika and her team do a great job. She really cares about her work. They are wonderful with my dogs being there, which isn’t always easy. She really cares about my satisfaction with her work. I definitely recommend her services.

Erika and her team were incredible! They did an amazing job and it is such a weight off my shoulders! They were great with my many pets and did above and beyond! Loved the cute little touches like the toilet paper flower or making my bed incredibly!

Erika is amazing. I have been recommending her to all my friends and family for years now. She has been cleaning my home for countless years and I have seen her grow from a solo show to a full blown team. Just like her, her team is thorough, professional and reliable. I am someone who is particular and pays close attention to details/cleanliness.

Erica is friendly and professional and her team is amazing. They are punctual and work very efficiently. It amazes me that they can make my house look like we don’t have three cats and a dog. They pay great attention to detail. One of them cleaned and organized my daughter’s cluttered make up table and she was so happy! Highly recommend them. I Don’t know how we lived without them!

Bergen Cleaning Solutions is definitely the best cleaning service I have ever used. In the past, I have had cleaning people who would do a great job the first couple of times and then start to slowly do less and less. Erika and her staff have never disappointed! Their prices is comparable to others in the area, but their services supercede the rest. I have been using them for over a year and they have been consistent in their work. Erika runs her business very professionally and I feel this is one of the main reasons her staff works to their highest potential.

I found Erika on the Neighborhood app when looking for someone to clean my home on an as needed basis. Erika needed to see the home first to give an honest quote. She is communicative, on time, respectful, professional and very polite. Her pricing is very fair but she said in order for it to make sense, she would prefer to have us as a regular customer. Today she arrived with another team member and they did a wonderful job deep cleaning our home, bathrooms, kitchen, dining area from top to bottom. She paid great attention to the areas that we overlook or skip over. The house feels brighter, lighter, smells amazing and took the pressure off of me and my family. We've agreed to once a month and will see how it goes but I am very excited to be working with her and looking forward to my home looking amazing.

We had an excellent first experience with Erika and her team! We hired Bergen Cleaning Solutions to do a deep cleaning on my father’s apartment. They were professional, courteous and thorough. Erika is easy to work with and we felt very comfortable with her and her team. They will be coming back monthly. I highly recommend Bergen Cleaning Solutions.
