Reviews of local pros in Hackensack, New Jersey

I had my air ducts, furnace, and AC coil cleaned, and I was really impressed with how thoroughly everything was done. The team used a powerful spinning tool attached to their hose that did a fantastic job getting all the dust and pet hair out of the ductwork. Ruben was very professional and made sure every vent was cleaned properly. My son used to be sensitive to the leftover pet hair from the previous owners, but now the air feels much cleaner and fresher. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of air duct cleaning. I'm a very satisfied customer!

We had a great experience with our air duct cleaning in Hackensack. The team was very professional and paid close attention to every detail while cleaning out all the dust and debris from our vents. Since they finished, our air system has been running much better and the air feels fresher in our home. We are very satisfied with the service and will definitely use them again for future duct maintenance.

Hello, I have a window cleaning business. Was called to do a Gucci store in Beachwood Ohio. Didn’t charge much. To be exact $60.00 The company screwed me over. Kept telling to fax documents of the job. Sent pictures to Tommie Clay and he was doing run around. They should be ashamed of themselves. And I plan to tell the company as well. Did the job last month still no pay. I told them to keep it. If that what they about. I recommend not doing business with them. Unless it in New Jersey where they reside. I was pressed to do this job multiply calls. I also letting Gucci store know. I can do their windows under my own business. I did them they favor. They seek me out. I did not seek them out.

These guys contacted us a few months ago and we haven't stopped working together since. Each transaction is a smooth as silk from initial contact down to the invoice procedure. If I were looking to have something serviced nationally, I would contact Nationwide Cleaners for sure. It's always a pleasure to do business with likeminded people.

Give them a call and you won't be disappointed.

I tried several different cleaning services, but The Maids truly stand out compared to the rest. They are not only reliable and professional but also exceptionally careful and thorough. Every time they clean, the results are consistent, leaving my home spotless and well-organized. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality make them a top choice for anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient cleaning service.

Claudia and Paola are amazing! They really did a deep cleaning and were very pleasant.

Ryan was very helpful in setting up a full house, deep cleaning appointment within a week and that included him coming to the house and looking at what our needs were. The team was incredibly nice and very thorough, everything looked amazing! Thank you to the whole team, we were very pleased with the whole process!

The wonderful cleaning team of Paola, Rosa and Andrea did an exceptional cleaning job. They were responsive, had great attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. I appreciate that I was able to schedule a deep cleaning on short notice and to my schedule.

Edit: I was giving 5 stars because they did a good job on cleaning up my appliances the first time.

Now: Changed to 2 stars after using them 2 more times. The last time team changed and they left many stains on the floors.

I tried to communicate politely with Ryan (the owner), he first pretend to have 100% customer guarantees but suddenly saying it’s all because my problem and dishonesty?? I never asked their team to do duplicate work and treated them well with water and tips. I’m very regret using them and lucky to stop dealing with him. I posted screenshots because I don’t hear from them.

Do you know why there’s so many 5 stars reviews? Because he offered $50 amazon gift card to whoever does it… I don’t even received it.

Don’t trust him and find another cleaning service for your own good!

I had a fantastic experience with The Maids in East Bergen County! They deep cleaned my bathrooms perfectly, everything was spotless and felt brand new. Communication throughout the process was clear, and professional. On top of that, the cleaner was friendly and made the whole experience pleasant from start to finish. I’d absolutely recommend them and will definitely be using their services again!

Just finished up my first cleaning and was very satisfied. Management and the team were very professional and friendly. They really do make an effort to clean every inch of your living space. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a new cleaning service in Bergen County!

I recently hired The Maids, and I am beyond impressed with their service. Ryan, the owner, is an amazing person—very professional, reliable, and reasonable in pricing. His team of cleaners are top-notch! They perform a thorough deep cleaning, making my home look spotless, almost as if it’s brand new. The girls are not only very professional, but also friendly and attentive to every detail. They come fully prepared with high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning supplies, so I never have to worry about anything. From top to bottom, they take care of everything, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Ryan and his amazing team for anyone in need of a professional and reliable cleaning service!

The team arrived on time and brought their equipment and products. They were courteous, responsible and respectful and got right to work upon entering my home. I reviewed a couple of areas to focus on and they exceeded my expectations, especially in the master bathroom shower. I highly recommend The Maids service.

I had a deep cleaning to my house by the maids they did the most amazing job. I have had other cleaning services for the same job but didn’t compare to what this service the maids did today. I give 10 stars

The team did a great job in taking care of our cleaning needs for our apartment. They did everything as asked and then some! Isabella was very meticulous and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before she left. Would recommend to anyone looking for maid service in Bergen County!

I used The Maids for both a move out cleaning and move in cleaning as I transitioned homes. The team was professional, clear about pricing and inclusions, timely and they welcomed feedback on site. All of the products are eco friendly and they’re conscious if you own a pet. Special thank you to Paola, Rosa, Elida and Andrea for helping to take one thing off our plates during that hectic moment. We will definitely use the service again!

Im beyond please by this service The Maids of East Bergen today . The team headed by Maria & her green team were dynamite, so pleasant and efficient, everything squeaky clean. I would highly recommend
